| The outputs and quality of tea depend on some factors,such as ecological environment,the varietie of tea and management techonolgy.There are little research about the origin of environmental effect on tea’s quality and the relationship between tea’s varietie and their available types as so far.Hanzhong City has a long history of planting tea tree,where has the special ecological conditions.However,there has little researches target on the special tea plantation.Hence this paper would comprehensively analysed the soil conditions and tea quality based on four tea plantations.Therefore,this article based on four tea areas in Hanzhong to give the evaluation and analysis on the environment in the region of origin,namely the content of soil mineral elements and heavy metals,as well as makes a comprehensive analysis on the quality of tea,in order to provide references for the soil conditions and the quality of tea.Draw the following main conclusion:(1)The contents of Li,Mn,Fe element in tea area soil are inclose to the standard level,Sr,Ca,Al,Mg elements are shown to significantly depleted.The content of heavy metal in soil within the limitation of the secondary standard,five heavy metals(Zn,Cu,Cr,Ni,Cd)average potential ecological risk index in the range of 0.00-5.55,with an average of 2.396,the overall performance is minor ecological hazards,Cu and Ni as the main elements of pollution and ecological impact factor.Overall,Hanzhong tea garden soils reached the standards of pollution-free,green food,in some areas also achieved the organic soil environmental quality standards.Comprehensive comparison of the average content of four mineral elements(Li,Mn,Fe,Mg,Al,Ca,Sr)in four tea areas,the content of mineral elements in central parts were higher than the other three areas,indicating that soil background better.(2)The highest tea polyphenols in tea plantation is the western areas,and the highest caffeine content of tea is Eastern District,theanine is not very different,and total free amino acids of tea area in four areas were more than 4%,by comparing and analyzing the contents of catechins,polyphenols,theanine,and free amino acids in the tea.Tea in western regions got higher content of Li,Mn,Fe,Al,Ca than the other three tea areas,consistent with the soil background.Tea samples were not detected Cd element,and the content of Cr element within the limitation of 5 mg / kg of the.The pollution of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide is slightly,only few individual regions were detected,the residual amounts have not exceed the national pesticide residue standards.(3)The introduction of new varieties of tea showed outstanding performance,the green and black tea both have a high sensory quality of the system.The results showed that Longjing tea has the highest Amino acid ratio coefficient in green tea and black tea,68.578 and 53.271 respectively.Though the same quality green tea got low value in SRC,these three varieties all showed higher quality. |
