| Sparassia crispa started to research and development in recent years,it is a valuable edible and medicinal fungi,which is rich in β-glucan,thus has a variety of medicinal and health care functions.taste delicious,nutritious,and favored by consumers.Sparassia crispa cultivated just started in China,the technology is not yet mature,so the cultivation techniques of embroidered aureus research helps to improve the level of China’s edible fungus cultivation techniques.In this paper,the Sparassia crispa strains Sc-01 as the research object,from the cultivation of main material and supplementary material,cultivation medium optimization and pine sawdust before processing were studied of Sparassia crisp.Thea main results are as follows:1.Determination mycelium growth rate in different plant material of Sparassia crispa,its hyphae growing mycelium growth score and calculate the index,the results showed that the most suitable cultivation materials is pine sawdust which was processed by fermentation,adding some glycoprotein can promote the growth of Sparassis crispa.2.The use of high temperature and high pressure processing method to deal with pre-wetting fresh pine sawdust,study the effect of different processing time on the mycelium growth rate of Sparassia crispa,the results showed that with the increase of high temperature and high pressure processing time,the mycelium growth rate of Sparassia crispa was decreased.3.By measuring Sparassia crispa mycelium growth rate and the proportion of primordium formation research the influence of Sparassia crispa cultivation medium adding different proportions of auxiliary material onmycelium growth,the results showed that the cultivation with fresh pine sawdust as main material,adding an excess of rapeseed meal can inhibit the growth of Sparassia crispa mycelium,but the proportion of basic no influence on the formation primordium;the optimum adding amount of compound protein powder I is 7.4%,bran optimum adding amount is 14.8%,potato the optimum adding amount is 3.9%,compound protein powder II the optimum adding amount is 6.7%,the optimum adding amount of soybean meal is 2.8%,cotton seed shells add after inhibit the growth and primordium formation of Sparassia crispa.4.The mathematical model of Sparassia crispa mycelium growth rate was set up by means of the proportional mixture design and ternary quadratic regression orthogonal methods,and obtained the optimal formula Sparassia crispa cultivation.In fresh pine sawdust cultivation compost the best basic recipe is 2.8% of soybean meal,wheat bran14.8%,compound protein powder 14.2%,pine sawdust 66.2%. |
