After plants themselves produced by metabolism Endogenous hormones,the accurate determination of endogenous hormone content of plants,it study on the field of plant life activities and crop genetics and breeding,cultivation etc.is very important.In this study,using high performance liquid chromatography determination of IAA,GA3 and ABA three kind of endogenous hormones in 'Fertod Zamatos' and 'Heritage' two varieties of annual branches,buds,leaves and fruits on the growth,To explore the relationship between endogenous hormone and winter bud dormancy and germination,leaf growth and senescence,fruit growth and maturation and annual shoot growth and overwintering,for the growth regulator on raspberry production application control raspberry fruit development,improve fruit quality and yield of provides a scientific basis.The results are as follow:1.Winter bud growth process of the two varieties,change trend of endogenous hormone content of similar:Changes of GA3 and IAA content showed a 'rise-fall-rise' trend,while the ABA showed a trend of 'first increased and then decreased'.GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA ratio changes present "rise fall rise”trend,the ratio of GA3/IAA had no obvious change.Before the winter bud dormancy,GA3 and IAA content was positively correlated to,GA3 and IAA have a maximum.The content of ABA in the winter buds entered dormancy period have a maximum.2.At the beginning of raspberry basal leaves from leaf unfolding until shedding process,trend of endogenous hormone content consistent:The change of the content of GA3 presented the ' rise and drop rise drop' trend,the change of the content of IAA was the 'first increased and then decreased' trend,the content of ABA is'drop-rise-drop-rise' trend.GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA ratio was the 'first increased and then decreased' trend,GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA of 'Heritage' ratio in leaves leaf fruit harvest rebound phenomenon,and decreased in later stage,negative correlation with the content of ABA correlation.Previous GA3/IAA ratio did not change,into the aging period of growth.GA3 and IAA were positive correlation.Leaf area in the period of rapid growth,GA3 and IAA content reached the maximum,while in the leaves into the higher ABA content during senescence.3.In the period of development of raspberry fruit throughout the growing,two changes of endogenous hormone content of fruit varieties of the same tendency:The content of GA3 presented the 'first increased and then decreased' trend,the content of IAA presented the 'drop rise drop'trend,ABA content showed a 'rising drop rise drop' trend.GA3/ABA and GA3/IAA ratio was the'first increased and then decreased trend','Fertod Zamatos' in the mature period after GA3/ABA ratio rising trend.IA A/ABA ratio change is 'drop rise drop' tendency.Fruit of three hormones is not significantly related to each other.The content of GA3 reached the highest in white fruit period,the content of IAA reaches the highest at the little red fruit time,the content of ABA reached the peak at mature period.4.Raspberry annual shoot growth process,two hormones content changes of endogenous varieties is consistent:GA3 and IAA content showed a 'rise-and-drop-rise-drop' variation,while the content of ABA is first decreased and then increased and then decreased,and decreased later change trend of small amplitude increased after the continue to fall.GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA ratio showed a 'rise and drop rise drop' trend,GA3/IAA ratio did not change fluctuation,'Heritage'in September to October the ratio of GA3/IAA increased significantly.There was a positive correlation between GA3 and IAA,showed a negative correlation between GA3 and IAA and ABA.The content of IAA reached the maximum at the raspberry fruit is ripe,the content of ABA reached the maximum at the defoliation period,'Fertod Zamatos' GA3 content reached the maximum at the annual branch elongation stage,and 'Heritage' GA3 content appeared after fruit mature period.
