Directional Transformation Of Rice Straw And Pig Manure Mixed Fermentation Fertilizer And Plant Nutrition Research

Biological organic fertilizer has the advantage of both organic fertilizer and microbiological fertilizer,the harmful bacterial and the eggs of pests were killed mostly after eontinuous high temperature fermentation,and it eontains much more organic matter and specific function of microbes,attracting more and more people's attention in recent years.The aim of my study is to explore pig manure and rice straw as the main materials by adding EM microorganism to produce biological organic fertilizer.The main results were as follows:1.Organic matter content,total nitrogen content(TN),total phosphorus content(TP)and Chinese cabbage seed germination index were determined as the evaluation index of composting.According to the orthogonal and single factor experiments,the optimum technological parameters were obtained:The C/N ratio of 25,pile interval number for the 4 d per,the best ratio of pig mature and rice straw is 10:4,the best ratio of materials and EM microorganism inoculation quantity is 500:1(w(g),V(mL));The percentage of organic matter all decreases,the maximum decrease is 18.8%,and the content of both TN and TP increase obviously.2.Exploring the changes of temperature,moisture content and pH in the process of fermentation.In the process,the top temperature can reaches 58.9 C,and the highest temperature which is over 50 Ceontinues for 7 days at most.pH rises rapidly to alkaline then keep stable around 8.5;Compared with initial,moisture content presents relatively higher results.3.Evaluating toxicity of the biological organic fertilizer.Evaluating the toxicity of biological organic fertilizer in the optimum technological parameters by Chinese cabbage seed germination index(GI).After 2 days,the sample of composted products shows that Chinese cabbage seed germination index(GI)is beyond 80%which means the biological organic fertilizer with low toxicity,accordingly which also means it has reached the standards for organic fertilizer.4.Evaluating this biological organic fertilizer by plant nutrition methods,selecting the content of chlorophyll,catalase(CAT)activity and MDA content as evaluation indexes.Results show that this kind of organic fertilizer can improve the condition of growth and resistance of Asia Bell tree,increase the content of chlorophyll and CAT activity and reduce the content of MDA which means that biological organic fertilizer can contribute to plant growth and plant resistance.
