Rice planting has a long history in our country at least 7000 years.So far,The rice planting area in China has maintained at about 30 million hectares,throughout 30 provinces,accounted for 30%of China's grain planting area and 20%of the world's rice planting area.The total output of rice is about 200 million tons.accounting for 40%of the total grain output in China and 35%of the world's rice production.It is at most in the word.Improve the comprehensive production capacity of rice is the long-term strategic goals to assure Grain security in our country.With the advancement of China's urbanization,the reduction of farming area,the decline of agricultural labor population,the Grain security is more difficult,because of the country's increasing population leads to the requirements for the growth of the food.In the conditions of the limited labor and cultivated area,it is particularly important to improve the level of the rice production mechanization.In order to improve the rice production,the agriculture expert has proved that the potted seeding transplanting has obvious advantages in increasing the rice production by doing lots of contrast experiments.Because of the potted seeding transplanting has no seeding hurting and restudying and has conducive to seedling tillering,which can save seeds,fertilizer,water and costing.It also can improve the quality and cropping index,which can increse the production of 10%-20%.Transplanting mechanism is the core of the rice pot seedling transplanting machine working parts,its performance directly determines the level of transplanting machine.Due to the complexity of existing transplanting mechanism structure,poor stability,work hard to ensure the quality,be restricted transplanting machine is the main reason for the widespread promotion in our country.Due to the existing transplanting mechanism's structure is complexity and poor stability,it's working hard to ensure the quality.So transplanting mechanism is to popularize.The transplanting mechanism which has simple,stable,effcient structure will solve the problem of transplanting mechism generalization and make a contribution to improve the rice planting mechanization.This device has a new mechanism that is conjugate cam circle planetary gears train rice pot seedling transplanting with independent intellectual property rights,the main research content is as follows:(1)Track analysis of rotary rice seedling transplanting mechanism.By comparing the domestic and foreign rice pot seedling transplanting's working principle and the the requirements of the rice pot seedling transplanting agronomic,formulating the optimization goal mechanism dynamics and devise the structure of the transplanting mechanism.To discuss the optimization method for the influence of parameter changes on transplanting mechanism and determine the direction of optimization.To optimize the structural parameters which is required with the rice pot seedling transplanting agronomic requirements and structural requirements by using the software.(6)Design of conjugate cam circle planetary gears train rice pot seedling transplanting.To accomplish the constructional design and component design by using the AutoCAD2010 and get the structure parameters according to the optimization software,then discuss the question of the device.At last accomplish the construction assemblage diagram and parts design.(7)Kinematics simulation of conjugate cam circle planetary gears train rice pot seedling transplanting.To assemble the three-dimensional models and virtual prototype of the transplanting mechanism parts,and imports the three-dimensional models into the Adams to emulate.Comparing the results between the experiment of virtual prototype and the software analysis,we can get that the working trace and the curve of speed and acceleration is unanimous.So it verified the experiment is correct.(8)Dynamics simulation conjugate cam circle planetary gears train rice pot seedling transplanting.Building the model of flexible body of pendulum which the key component of transplanting mechanism on the Ansys software platform,then carried out rigid-flexible dynamics simulation by using Adams.The simulation results show that:the pendulum rod the maximum stress is 69.31 MPa,less than the 40Cr steel 267.67MPa.The result that meets requirements can provide reliable of the machining prototype of the transplanting mechanism.
