The main advantages of transplanting are: Improve the ability of crops to resist naturalclimate、Improve the ability to resist pests and diseases、Solve the contradiction of the lack ofaccumulated temperature、Improved yield and quality of crops, etc. Transplanting is mainlyapplicable for rice, cotton, corn and other field crops and vegetables, tobacco, flowers and othercrops. The labor intensity of crops’ transplanting planting is high, the work efficiency is low andtherefore, the development of automatic transplanting institutions has strategic importance fortransplanting.Currently semi-automatic transplanting machine that fetching seeding by man andtransplanting by machine is mature. But full automatic transplanting machine that canautomatically pick up seedling is still in the development phase. Domestic and foreign has donea lot of research about the automatic seedling pick-up machinery. Which automatically seedlingpick-up machine with independent mechanical and electrical control systems have highreliability and efficiency, and it has small impact, wear and vibration. However, due to itscomplex structure and high cost, it is hard to widely apply. Bar mechanism and slide mechanismhave big impact, wear and vibration; it is hard to achieve ideal speed and efficiency. This paperintends to develop a high speed noncircular gear planetary gear train pot seedling transplantingautomatic picking seedling machinery which has smooth transmission, reliable performance, lowprice and small vibration.This paper mainly completed the following contents:1) Put forward a new reverse design method based on the picking seedling arm swingangle, This method can not only ensure the overall shape’s invariance of seedling fetchingtrajectory, but also can ensure continuity of the non-circular gear planetary gear train mechanismof the total gear ratio. It has important significance to the new type non-circular gear planetarygear system design.2) This paper proposes an allocation target for the total gear ratio of the non-circular gearplanetary gear train mechanism: the transmission ratio of two-stage Non-circular geartransmission should have similar ratio of the amplitude and period. And designed a specificassignment and adjustment method: primary distribute transmission ratio by rooting, adjustmenttransmission ratio by using the optimized coefficient.3) Designed a trajectory of picking seedling, analyzed the non-circular gear planetary geartrain mechanism and established its mathematical model. Base on MATLAB, writing softwarethat named reverse design and optimization of Non-circular Planetary Gears Train. Using the software obtain the basic parameters of this agency that can meet the target of taking seeding.4) Using the basic parameters above, painted design drawings, establish3D Model and dovirtual experiments. Do Kinematic analysis and dynamic analysis about the mechanism,Analyzed the Vibration and the reason of the vibration about this mechanism. Optimizemechanism and reduce the Vibration of this mechanism.
