Rice is the largest planting area, the highest yield and the most production in our country. It has a important position in food security. The rice planting area accounted for35.15%of China’s grain planting area, it’s planting area has53.3million hectares in Heilongjinag provinces that increased by47%in five years, which planting area is in the first place. At present, The cultivated land is decreasing, population scale expands unceasingly. To improve the ability of rice production, increase yield in particular that is the guarantee of our country’s food security strategy in the long strategic goals. However, the country’s increasing population leads to the growth of demand for food which supply more difficult. So under the limited labor and farming area constraint, to improve the level of rice production mechanization comprehensive appear and key. The comprehensive agricultural mechanization level is still very low stage in China, which is the most rice planting mechanization level is weak. To Speed up the development of mechanization of rice production that reduce the labor intensity of rice production, to improve labor productivity, increase production, increase revenue, reduce the production cost that is to improve the comprehensive production capacity of rice, the important measures to secure reliable supplies of food security in China.With our country’s factory machinery seedlings cultivation technology of gradual development and perfection, in the rice planting rice pot seedling transplanting machine application will be further promoted. Therefore, to develop a simple structure, reliable performance of the pot seedling transplanting mechanism which is to meet the needs of the broad masses of farmers. The transplanting mechanism should meet the development of our country national condition, which has extensive applicability, it can promote can realize super rice planting.
