| In order to reveal ecological adaptability and response to light and temperature characteristics of F type male sterile lines in Wheat and reveal the inheritance of male sterile lines,this study developed fertility identification and agronomic traits investigation with male sterile materials of six ecosite on the basis of previous studies.This study also analysed of the seed and pollen abortion in order to provide a theoretical basis on genetic characteristics of male sterile lines.For understanding the temperature and light reaction characteristics of the male sterile line,this experiment was conducted to study with the fertility of the F type male sterile lines under different temperature and light conditions.The main results were as follows:1.The CMS lines of F Type were identified on the fertility and investigated on the agronomic characters in four different ecosite of Shangqiu,Zhengzhou,Xiping and Xun county.The results show that the seed sets of FA with the open or bagging pollination were significantly higher than others.The seed sets of all test materials in Xiping was generally small.The bagging seed set of A4 in Shangqiu was 4.1%,and the seed set of free pollination was 64.4%.2.This study observed the pollen of FA,A2,A3 and A4 in the flowering stage.The results showed that all pollen grains were shrivelled and shrunken.The pollen contents was less,and the anthers were thin,empty and could not fully cracked.The stamens rarely were exposed after flowering.3.In 5 different ecological points,the abortion rate was 23% in the impact of Wuhan ecological conditions.and Xiping was worst in this year.The seed sets of all male sterile lines was 0 in addition to 90-1 In Zhengzhou and Shangqiu.In Hefei,the seed sets of most was very low in addition to A4 and 125-2.In addition to 90-1 and 125-2,the seed sets of others were 0 in Wuhan.4.The CMS lines of A4 and 155-2 respectively placed under the different incubator of different temperature and light conditions in the pistil and stamens differentiation stage.The results showed that the test materials exhibited the temperature and light sensitive characteristics significantly.the influence of the light time was more than temperature impact. |
