This topic comes from the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Fund Project "2BSMF-8 wheat subsoiling and no tillage planter test and demonstration(2014GB2C60052Q)" and the Shandong Province Agricultural Mechanization Equipment Innovation Project "study on the technology and equipment of high efficient intelligent precision seeding for wheat(NJGG201502)".For a long time,wheat planting in our country are mainly rotary tillage after sowing,the traditional farming model not only the energy consumption is too large,plow deep,and easy to cause soil erosion,soil fertility decline;in 90 s,China has carried out a study of northern farming mechanization protective,successfully developed a variety of no tillage planter,but the technology is not mature,the conservation tillage is still growing,the protection of pure cultivation mode is not conducive to high yield;the traditional fertilization methods reasonably solve the one-time demand for fertilizer wheat in different growth period.Almost all of the foreign no tillage seeder is a joint operation,the completion of ditching,stubble,sowing,covering soil and many other operations,good quality,high efficiency.However,the machine has the advantages of large volume and heavy weight.But most of our smaller plots need flexible operation of the hanging planter,and agricultural tractors in China mainly to small and medium-sized hard with foreign equipment supporting the use;in addition,the foreign machine is expensive,with the rural economic conditions existing difficult to accept foreign machines.Based on the present situation and problems,from the deep loosening technology,layered alternating beds of subsoiling lateral fertilization technology,wide seedling with no tillage sowing technology,technology and a dovetail minute bed leveling technology in four aspects,the design of 2BMSK-8 wheat subsoiling with wide seedling planter.This study mainly from the following aspects of no tillage seeding machine is studied and designed:(1)combined with the agronomic requirements and the equipment requirements of Huang-huai-hai region,the wheat no tillage planter of the layout and the design of the whole project.(2)to design a set of deep loosening and layered side fertilizing functions,can meet the different wheat growth period stratified fertilization on fertilizer demand of subsoiler,and through ANSYS finite element theory analyses the force on the check.(3)combined with the surface condition of maize after harvest,the paper designs a seedling rotary tillage and soil covering device matched with wheat no tillage planter.(4)a minute application analysis and design technology of wheat metering device and a separating device,the distribution characteristics of seeds in seedling with sparse dense edge is anyway a normal distribution,is conducive to the growth of wheat and improve land utilization.(5)according to the situation of the model and the agronomic requirements,this paper designs a ladder type integrated pressing wheel,which can only suppress the seeding line.2BMSK-8 type wheat subsoiling and no tillage seeder in subsoiling,fertilization,layered side wide seedling with wheat no tillage technology in one,both play subsoiling can break the plow pan,improve soil permeability,improve soil water holding capacity and other advantages,and can realize the wide strip intensive,non tillage seedling belt protection,to save energy and fertilizer,high yield and sustainable development.Subsoiling effectiveness based on the consideration of deep loosening mechanism in interlaced alternating subsoiling,solve the straw congestion problems,reduce power consumption,to achieve full cycle again to deep loose beds,so as to improve the yield of wheat.
