Nowadays,the application of Micro Tiller in tea plantations is increasingly becoming difficult because of the large volume the waste gas.The conventional power source of Micro Tiller is mostly diesel and gasoline,which produce a large amount of pollutants gas emissions.Not only does the emitted gases pollute the tea plantations environment,it also reduces the quality of tea.In the tea garden,there is the phenomenon of staggered roots between the ridge and the ridge of the tea plantations.Aiming at these problems,the present study suggests a kind of electric Micro Tiller.This types of Micro Tiller features amount of advantages,such as simple structure,small volume,and easy operability to list but a few.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The study and analyze the main structure and the working principle of currently available Micro Tiller.The development of the overall design scheme of the new tea garden Micro Tiller,The determination of its driving and the transmission systems,The determination of its working parameters,The design of the whole structure of the Micro Tiller.Using PROE software to carry on three-dimensional modeling of electric Micro Tiller,using ANSYS Workbench to analyze the Micro Tiller frame in order to obtain the stress-strain cloud and the total deformation cloud of the whole machine frame.The modal analysis of the key components is carried out in order to obtain the natural frequency of the key components and the maximum deformation of each order vibration mode and to check whether the structure design of the electric Micro Tiller is safe and reasonable.The development of the new tea plantations Micro Tiller,make the determination of the mass of tea garden Micro Tiller center,and test its stability.Analysis of the new designed machine performance experiment of tea garden Micro Tiller is carried out to test whether the simulation model of tea garden Micro Tiller is correct and whether the whole structure is reasonable.According to the design principle of electric micro-tiller,the whole machine structure of micro-tiller is designed.According to the tea garden environment and micro-tiller machine structure space,the brushless DC motor is selected to control the slotted knife and is responsible for the walking of electric micro-tiller,.The lithium battery is also used as electric power supply for the machine.The finite element analysis of the parts of the electric Micro Tiller machine is conducted using ANSYS software.Results show that the frame and knife of the designed Micro Tiller meets all the strength,rigidity and safety requirements.The experiments conducted using the new electric Micro Tiller include the net slotting time,net slot time efficiency,slotted width and slotted depth tests.The comparative analysis between both simulation and experimental results confirms that the new electric Micro Tiller meets the tea plantations requirements.
