At present, the common rotary tillers are similar to the structure of tractor.Although you can work in the greenhouse, but generally they have larger volume and complicated structure and are difficult to steer in the greenhouse. Their power system,mostly diesel or gasoline engine,cause serious pollution to the environment within greenhuoses and will directly affect the quality of indoor shed crops.For these conditions, we developed a remote control operation based on the visual navigation of an electric rotary tillers.The Tiller has a simple structure, small size, low pollution, remote control, enabling easy steering and other features.The main research content and cof this paper are as follows:1) This paper made the overall design scheme of electric micro tillage machine,and the calculation method of the power train of the main parameters are given,matching the overall operating environment for walking motors, rotary machine motor and battery.2) The electric micro tillage machine frame has been created by Solid Works software and the static strength 、stiffness sand modal analysis are conducted based on ANSYS Workbench software.Overall frame of the equivalent stress nephogram and deformation nephogram and former six order natural frequency and the maximum deformation mode are obtained.Testing frame structure is safe and feasible or not, we can provide theory basis for further optimizing design for the frame.3) The whole power system model is established on the ADVISOR simulation platform and carry out its overall performance simulation in the transport and rotary driving cycle work conditions.The simulation results show that the dynamic performance and trip mileage of the machine meet the desired effect,and the parameters of the machine parts are reasonable.4) The electric micro tillage performance test has been taken in the paper,which proved the correctness of the simulation model and the rationality of the power system parametersAccording to the design principle of electric micro tillage machine, the overall structure of electric micro tillage machine is determined. According to the operation characteristics and requirements of electric micro tillage machine,permanent magnet brushless DC motor is chosen as the final rotary tillage blade drive motor and walking drive motor, and lithium ion battery is chosen as athe power supply of the electric micro tillage machine.The finite element analysis of electric micro tillage machine frame is conducted based on ANSYS Workbench software.The simulation results show that strength and stiffness of the frame meet the requirements and the structure of the frame is safe and reasonabl.The power system simulation model of electric micro tillage machine is set up on the ADVISOR software and carry out its overall performance simulation in the transport and rotary driving cycle work conditions.The simulation results show that the simulation results are almost consistent with the expected design result,and the rationality of the power system in this paper isverified.Road test was carried out on the electric micro tillage machine, mainly including top speed experiment, acceleration experiment and a single charge trip range isokinetic experiment.Through comparing the simulation results with experiment results analysis,electric power parameters of micro tillage machine matching is reasonable.
