High yield and good quality are two important goals of wheat breeding,the two are often negatively related,is the main contradiction in wheat breeding need to be solved.The correct understanding and handling the relationship between wheat grain protein quality and yield traits,select the appropriate breeding index,high quality and high yield of wheat breeding is the key to success.Analysis of the relationship between Agronomic Traits of different wheat varieties the Department of grain protein quality and yield,quality department can understand the main factors restricting production,provide the basis for the high yield and quality breeding of wheat near-isogenic lines.In this paper,6 kinds of genetic background as research material,through the relationship between Agronomic Traits and grain yield and grain protein quality traits analysis,analysis of high yield the reason from the angle of agronomic traits.The photoperiod gene is mainly determined wheat flowering genes,has an important influence on the yield and quality of wheat.The wheat varieties MX As the material,the cloning of photoperiod gene Ppd-A1,analysis of characteristics of the sequence of the promoter region of light responsive element,rich resources in wheat breeding.The main results of this thesis are as follows:In Xinong 1718,Huayu 8 and Yumai 2 genetic background,with increasing yield,protein quality of wheat grain decreased,showed a negative correlation between the two;that further analysis of the factors for yield,yield increase is mainly to increase the spike number and grain number per spike and the spike number of yield the greatest contribution.In the genetic background of Xiaoyan 6 and Xiaoyan 22,with the decline in grain protein quality of wheat varieties,the yield decreased,showed a positive correlation between the two;that further analysis of the yield components,the yield decline is mainly due to the decrease in spike number and 1000 grain weight.The ear number contributed to the output change.In wheat breeding,when the yield and grain protein quality are positively correlated.In improving grain protein quality at the same time,is expected to improve by spike number and 1000 grain weight increased when the varieties yield;When the grain yield was negatively correlated with grain quality,the grain quality could be reduced to the maximum extent by increasing the grain weight and grain number per spike.Cultivar MX photoperiod gene Ppd-A1 promoter mutated promoter region mutation and promoter sequences China spring,MX 39 bp in the absence of varieties-689~-651,3bp deletion at-2167~-2165.In addition,there are still many sites of single nucleotide deletion and substitution.
