Aiming at the single cultivation measure problem of platycodon grandiflorum in northern cold area,this experiment,by conducting different transplantation density treatments on platycodon grandiflorum with different root diameters,has investigated the main agronomic traits of post-transplanted ones and learned the influence of density on traits of transplanted platycodon grandiflorum,so as to confirm the proper root diameter and planting distance for transplantation;According to this,it has conducted seedling raising tests respectivly under different density,different seeding method and different seeding period,then investigated the quality and capacity of platycodon grandiflorum seedling,so as to figure out whether there is any influence of seeding density and method on the quality and capacity of the seedling and confirm the proper raising method of transplanted seedlingPost-experimental conclusions are as followed:1.Influence of planting density on main agronomic traits and capacity of platycodon grandiflorumIn the experiments of transplanting seedlings with two kinds of root diameters under different density,it can be found that increasing planting density effectively helps to improve the fresh root capacity.And the fresh root capacities of the seedlings with 4mm and 10mm root diameters both reach the highest volume under 4cm×20cm planting distance.The capacity and overground part of 10mm-root diameter one are both higher than the 4mm-root diameter one,with few root differences.Comprehensively analyzing the agronomic traits of overground part and underground part,it can be found that the best transplantation effect will be reached with 6cm×20cm planting distance.2.Influence of root diameter on main agronomic traits and capacity of platy codon grandiflorumIn the experiments of transplanting seedling with different root diameters,the overground character reaches the highest level when the root diameter is 16mm;and the growing rate of root length and thickness reaches the highest level when the root diameter is 4mm.The fresh root capacity reaches the highet volume when transplanting the 16 mm-root diameter seedling and no obvious differences are found on capacity increasing per plant among 4mm,8mm,12mm,16mm root diameters transplanted platycodon grandiflorum.3.Influence of seeding density on appearance quality and capacity of platycodon grandiflorum seedlingIn the experiments of broadcast sowing and sowing in line,the seedling is relatively smaller and tap root ratio is higher with 6.7cm linewidth(3g/m2seeding rate),the seedling quality of broadcast sowing is better than that of sowing in line.Capacity with 6.7cm linewidth(3g/m2 seeding rate)reaches the highest volume and no obvious capacity differences between these two sowing methods are found.After cmopleting transplanting experiments,it can be found that the seedlings adopting broadcast sowing method are more suitable for transplantation.4.Influence of seeding period on appearance quality and capacity of platycodon grandiflorum seedlingIn the experiments with different seeding period,the tap root ratio of seedling planted on July 24th is relatively higher and the capacity in this period reaches the highest volume with different linewidth,but the seedling is smaller.Planted on July 24th,these seedlings show no obvious changes on tap root ratio and the capacity reaches the highest volume,and the smaller seedlings show certain d egree growth,with the linewidth 6.7cm(3g/m2 seeding rate)treatment.
