With the analysis of high molecular weight glutenin subunit of 52 common wheat in Anhui,the correlations between glutenin compositions,glutenin macropolymer(GMP)content were studied.The types of subunits of waxy protein in wheat varieties including Chinese spring(CS),nulli-tetrasomic lines and more than 130 wheat varieties or lines were identified.With the determination of the RVA parameters,the correlations between Waxy protein subunits loss type and RVA parameters were studied.The results obtained were as follows:1,The variation type of HMW-GS in these wheat varieties was rich,and 13 types of variation were found,which included 21 types of combination.Two types subunit included1 and Null had been detected at the Glu-A1 locus.Seven types subunit included7+8/7+9/6+8/13+16/13+19/14+15/17+18 had been detected at the Glu-B1 locus.Four types subunit included 2+12/3+12/4+12/5+10 had been detected at the Glu-D1 locus.It is13.5% that the highest number of the varieties with subunit combination 1/7+8/5+10 or1/7+8/4+12.Second,it is 11.5% of the combination Null/17+18/5+10.Third,it is 9.6% of the combination 1/17+18/5+10.It is 5.8% of the combination Null/7+8/4+12,Null/7+8/5+10,Null/7+9/5+10,Null/7+9/4+12.The other combination is 28.7%.2,This paper analyzed the influence of different HMW-GS combination on several quality traits with 52 wheat varieties.The results showed that: On Glu-1 sites,different alleles of the same site have different effects on quality traits;For different quality traits,the influence of Glu-1 site allele variation is not uniform.It is not accurate to predict the results of the traits with the variation of the Glu-1 site allele.3,The correlation between GMP content and product quality was analyzed.The results showed that: GMP content is positively correlated with bread crumb grain,and it has a significant negative correlation with noodles palatability.However,None of the other traits were significant.4,The types of Waxy protein subunits in wheat varieties included “Chinese Spring”,Triticum monococcum.,Triticum dicoccoides.,Aegilops tauschii.,130 wheat varieties(lines)were identified.Nine varieties or lines were proved to be the types of null one or two subunits of waxy protein.Four varieties has no Waxy protein subunit.5,This paper analyzed the influence of different Waxy combination on several quality traits included RVA parameter.The results showed that: When Wx-A1,Wx-B1 were deletion,the average value of protein content,wet gluten content and Zeleny settlementvalue were lower.The average value of starch content,peak viscosity and low yield was higher.
