By using 3 kinds of biological agents in the three-year continuous cropping soil of Luoning County,Henan Province in 2015,this paper studied the effects of different microbial agents on soil properties and quality of flue cured tobacco. The main conclusions are as follows:First, the effect of biological agents on the physical and chemical properties of tobacco planting soil30d after transplanting, the treatment of alkali hydrolysable nitrogen and available phosphorus content reached the maximum,T1 treatment significantly increased soil nitrogen content,T2 treatment significantly increased the content of available phosphorus in soil;60d after transplanting, the potassium content reached the maximum value, and the treatment of T1 was the highest in the content.soil organic matter appeared two peak(60d and 90 d relatively after transplanting),and reached the highest in 90 d after transplanting,T2 significantly increased the content of organic matter in soil.(after transplanting 60 d and 90 d relatively)Second, the effect of biological agents on soil enzyme activity of continuous cropping tobacco planting. The soil protease, phosphatase, invertase and catalase activity of T1,T3,CK treatment showed a "up-down-up-down" trend in the whole growth period of flue-cured tobacco.two peaks appeared after transplanting 45 d and 75 d,the peak in45 d after transplanting was the highest;the soil protease, phosphatase invertase activity of T2 treatment, also saw 2 peaks after transplanting 45 d and 75 d,but the catalase activity in T2 increased at first and then it fell,at 60 d after transplanting,it reached the highest activity. So,soil protease, phosphatase, invertase and catalase activity can be promote by biological agents, and T1 protease and catalase activity increased significantly in the soil,T3 treatment can significantly improve the phosphatase and invertase activity in soil.Third, the effect of biological agents on soil microbial flora in continuous cropping tobacco growing soil. The application of biological agents to soil bacterial diversity and abundance were increased;available potassium can increase the abundance and diversity of soil bacteria in a certain range. To the soil bacterial community, catalase activity and Shannon index and PD_Whole_Tree index showed a negative correlation;and the amount of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and phosphatase content also showed a negative correlation on the influence of soil fungal community.Fours, the effect of biological agents on the quality of the first baked tobacco leaves. The application of biological agents increased potassium content in tobacco leaves, and reduced chlorine content, improving the initial total sugar and reducing sugar content of flue-cured tobacco, while nicotine of flue-cured tobacco and total nitrogen content was decreased, all of these were in suitable range. The application of microbial treatment increased the beta damascenone, two hydrogen Kiwi fat, farnesylacetone, giant bean three ketene, benzene ethanol, benzene acetaldehyde, furfural content, safranal content in flue-cured tobacco leaves.T3 was the most obvious one;T1,T2,T3 increased the content of the neophytadiene in flue-cured tobacco leaves, and the best treatment effect was by T3;the aroma total amount of biological agents treatment were higher than CK treatment, and the T3 treatment had the best effect.
