Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.and Continuous cropping of Trichosanthes rhizosphere soil for six years,two years,year zero was chose as test materials,From the experimental base of the school,six years of raw trichosanthes were collected,and the hydrops of 12h?24h?36h?48h root secretions(G)and stem and leaf leachate(J)were extracted simultaneously.And on the same growth in Anhui and Wenzhou with the Trichosanthes kirilowii seedlings collected allelochemicals processing,On Trichosanthes kirilowii antioxidase system,biomass,and a series of physiological indexes were explored,At the same time,the continuous cropping six years,two years,one year,year zero.Soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient for further comparative study.The results were summarized as follows:1.In different concentration gradient CK?G-12(root exudates collected 12 hours),G-24(collection of root exudates in 24 hours)?G-36(collection of root exudates in 36 hours)?G-48(collection of root exudates in 48 hours)?J-12(leaf collected 12 hours of leaching liquid)?J-24(collection of stem leaf extract for 24 hours)?J-36(collection of stem leaf extract for 36 hours)?J-48(collection of stem leaf extract for 48 hours)allelochemicals under Wenzhou Trichosanthes kirilowii seedlings leaf SOD,CAT and POD.The enzyme activity was inhibited in the early,The impact of the performance of SOD>CAT>POD.The decrease of root exudates was as high as 86.23%,66.71%and 46.98%.The inhibition effect is stronger.MDA content increased gradually,the Wenzhou Trichosanthes,G-12?G-24?G-36?G-48 significantly increased compared with CK group,and Qianshan Trichosanthes kirilowii an increasing.2.Under the stress of chemical sensing,the root systems of both Trichosanthes kirilowii were damaged.The sensitivity of the root exudates to the leach of the stems and leaves was not consistent.The concentration of allelochemicals extracted for a short time(?24h)had no significant effect on the permeability of the plasma membrane and the activity of the root increased slightly,but the allelochemicals extracted for a long time(? 24h)increased the permeability of the plasma membrane and the activity of the root system was inhibited,The growth of IAAO(indolo acetic acid oxidase)in plants increased,the germination rate of seeds decreased,and the growth of seedling plants was slow.Root exudates and leaf extract of Allelochemicals of Trichosanthes will limit to a great extent of growth,but there is a certain promoting effect at low concentration.3.Under the allelopathic stress,when the root exudates were treated for 4 days,the number of bacteria and actinomycetes increased sharply by 94.50%in G-12 to G-24,and the inhibition appeared after G-24,The change of fungal quantity was linearly correlated with the treatment concentration.The high concentration of allelochemicals can make the rhizosphere soil microbial flora transform from "bacterial type" to"fungal type".4.The effect of continuous cropping,soil enzyme activity in soil decreased.Compared with CK,the activity of catalase in the experimental group decreased significantly.The drop was 26.08%,26.97%,respectively.At the same time,the activity of invertase,urease and phosphatase decreased.The content of available potassium,total potassium,available phosphorus and alkali hydrolysable nitrogen all decreased,but the total phosphorus content increased.
