As a way of life, animal husbandry is changing in the world as well as an industry. In view of the livestock scale development and integrated management model, a set of multi feeding station centralized control system was designed. The centralized control system for multi feeding station is the research and design of centralized control for multiple feeding stations and communication scheduling algorithm, which has practical value. No matter on the management, or the research of real time control, The study have abandoned the original old management mode. It is taking the new step towards electronic, intelligent and information, in order to get the further integration with the international advanced technology.Multi feeding station distributed control system is designed with three layers in structure, that is, the upper computer server, the middle layer communication machine and the bottom layer unit.The main content of multi feeding station centralized control system is as follow,firstly,after consulting numerous related literatures and reference materials, this paper has designed the scheme of network communication in the three level control system, which include the server, the communication computer and underlying controlling unit ( STM32 microprocessor as the core). Paper also design the communication network between the three level equipment. Secondly, this paper study the mechanism of multi machine communication, and design the multi machine network communication protocol; To achieving the goal of controlling the multiple feeding stations, the server can manage the lower feeding unit, through the communicating computer. Thirdly, the paper has studied the network communication and real time research, and paper has take the priority real-time scheduling algorithm on the multi feeding station, which is based on communication for real-time scheduling and improve the real-time characteristic of system. It make each feeding station in abnormal condition,and also ensure that each feeding stations can work normally; Fourthly, reliability of multi computer communication is studied, and it is the fault-tolerant mechanism that improve the error checking and error correcting capability of three-tier network communication. At last, on the basis of the actual project, the paper make full use of resources and design a set of multi machine debugging program, and operate the communication scheduling system actually. The results show that the priority table algorithm can improve the real-time performance and reliability of the system effectively.
