Abstract/Summary:
The planting area of wine grape in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is large and the horizontal span is wide.Due to the excessive reliance on human experience and lack of technical support,the traditional trans regional operation scheduling mode of soil cleaning and vine lifting machine has been unable to meet the development needs of agricultural machinery service organizations;At the same time,under the background of the development of "smart agriculture",the vehicle scheduling problem has been extended to the field of agricultural machinery scheduling,which has attracted extensive attention in the academic circles,and the algorithm research is an important content in the research of agricultural machinery scheduling problem.Therefore,with the help of the existing information technology,the research on cross region job scheduling problem of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine becomes the focus of this paper.Based on this,this paper takes the scheduling problem of soil cleaning and vine lifting machine in Helan Mountain wine grape production area of Ningxia as the main line,based on the related research of vehicle scheduling problem,uses service blueprint technology to describe the cross regional scheduling process of soil cleaning and vine lifting machine in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain wine grape production area of Ningxia,and identifies the influencing factors of cross regional scheduling of soil cleaning and vine lifting machine,In this paper,a cross region job scheduling model of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine is constructed,and the improved butterfly optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.The cross region job scheduling platform of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine is designed and developed,and the intelligent scheduling of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine is realized.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In this paper,a cross region scheduling model of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine with optimal cost is constructed.By combing the existing vehicle scheduling problems,algorithms and platform research,and combining with the actual investigation of the cross regional operation of the soil cleaning and vine lifting machine in the wine grape production area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia,the cross regional operation process of the soil cleaning and vine lifting machine was described in detail by using the service blueprint technology,and the number of agricultural machinery operators,agricultural machinery stations,and the number of service stations were identified Spatial location and operation sequence affect the trans regional operation of soil cleaning and rattan machine,and establish the operation scheduling model with optimal scheduling cost.(2)In view of the established cross region job scheduling model of soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine,this paper selects butterfly optimization algorithm as the main solution algorithm,and improves the algorithm from population initialization strategy,dynamic odor absorption strategy and individual alternation mode,and uses the improved algorithm and other algorithms to solve the example,which verifies the effectiveness of the improved butterfly optimization algorithm.(3)Design and development of cross regional scheduling platform for soil cleaning and rattan lifting machine.Based on the cross regional job scheduling model,this paper designs and develops a cross regional job scheduling platform for clearing soil and rattan machine,which is based on user demand.The platform is constructed by using the current mature front and back end separation technology,and mainly includes three parts: general scheduling center,communication network and vehicle terminal;At the same time,the platform software uses Java programming language to realize the scheduling algorithm program of clearing soil and vine machine and the management of all kinds of platform information,and embeds the visualization module of network geographic information system to realize the main functions of the platform,such as the management of wine grape vine operation,scheduling scheme generation,personnel management and so on.
