China is a big country traditional pig,pig meat industry in the country to provide the food industry plays an important role,as the production of piglets of sows fed the pig industry for industry to provide a basic condition for breeding.As China's sow feeding industry is developing towards large-scale and scientific direction,intelligent sow feeding equipment is widely used in medium and large-scale pig farm.However,the overall level of China's sow industry is currently in an awkward position,lagging behind the developed countries of Europe and America,manifesting in: low automatic and intelligent and less reliability of the domestic sow equipment;lack of effective scientific feeding management,extremely serious fodder waste;traditional crates sow model is still taken in most pig farms;most pig farms lack of effective countermeasures against the outbreak and spread of diseases.In the view of such problems and shortcomings as mentioned above in the sow industry,it is urgently important to develop a smart set of sow feeding equipment with independent intellectual property rights that is suitable for China's national conditions in order to break the intelligent and scientific sow technology monopoly of Euramerican developed country.Therefore,taking actual research as background,this study develops an intelligent sow feeding control system.This thesis uses radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,communication technology and forgetting factor least-squares algorithm for accurate feeding and scientific management of every stage in the sow growth.This thesis designs three parts of intelligent sow feeding control system,including server,communication equipment and feeding station master controller.My main work in this design are: designing circuit of collection,communication,control for STM32,using Altium Designer to draw electric schematic diagram and PCB board,employing Keil uVision4 to write programs for the collection and control of STM32,using RS232/485 to channel communication machine and STM32,employing a bus from the main polling method of multi-level communication structure.STM32 transmits collected temperature,weight and ear tag of sows to communication equipment,which sends received message to server for processing and saving and reads control orders to control operations of feeding station,and then the message of sow intake and spray is transmitted to server for save and analysis.At last hardware and software of the system are debugged and improved.As for dynamic weighing precision of fodder in sow feeding control system,forgetting factor least-squares algorithm is used to build the static and dynamic mathematics model of fodder weighing system.It mainly decreases disturbances of the fodder empty amount,the impact of symmetric body and weighing process during cutting process.Compared with traditional crates sow feeding model,the advantage of this system lies in accurate control of intake during every growth stage.Through analysis of information such as temperature and weight,it can set proper maximum one-time feeding amount and maximum single-day feeding amount.A series of tests show that the system is stable and can well satisfy customers' need.
