Study On Planning Of Modern Forestry Demonstration Zone

At present,China has entered the stage of industrialization and urbanization rapidly.As an important social basic industry,forestry plays an important role in the following three aspects:economy,society and ecology.Modern forestry is based on the understanding of forestry system of the modern science,using modern technology and modern management mode to manage the forest resources and realizing the sustainable development of forestry.it is also the foundation of ecological civilized city.Reasonable construction of modern forestry demonstration area is not only conducive to the development of forestry industry,but also can have some effects,like an example effect,promoting the ecological culture and the development of eco-tourism,meeting eco-tourism demands.The modern forestry demonstration area of Chizhou Tianyuan is located in the southwest of Chizhou City,adjacent to the national waterfowl wetland protection area,Shengjin lake,the demonstration is rich in forest resources.This paper summarizes the research progress of the related theory of modern forestry at home and abroad,taking Chizhou Tianyuan modern forestry demonstration area as the research object,to carry out the demonstration zone within the natural and social environment resources investigation and analysis,in accordance with the requirements of the outline of modern forestry construction in Anhui province and some relevant technical regulations,put forward the overall planning of Chizhou Tianyuan modern forestry demonstration area and provide a scientific basis for the construction of Chizhou Tianyuan modern forestry demonstration area.The main results show as follows:(1)The demonstration zone in Chizhou Tianyuan modern forestry which is 50km southwest of Chizhou city is located in the downtown area of Chizhou,it also close to Jinhu,the Tangtian town national waterfowl wetland protection area.There is about677.2hm~2 of the demonstration zone,including the forest area which is 560.7hm~2,accounting for 82.8%of the total area,The whole area is relatively centralized and contiguous,which are in accordance with the requirment of provincial modern forestry demonstration area planning and the total area of forest coverage.(2)The modern forestry demonstration zone possesses good benefits landscape,which is including the rich forest resources and water resources.The existing forest vegetation of the demonstration zone is planted forests,most of the afforestation tree species in precious local species,such as cassiabark tree,osmanthus fragrans,Celtis sinensis,elm,Pistacia chinensis,oil tea camellia;The modern forestry demonstration zone also adjacent to Jinhu,the area of wetland protection national waterfowl rising,which own a good tourist resources and water resources environment.(3)The modern forestry demonstration area in accordance with the overall development of eco forestry and forestry livelihood requirements,using the modern forestry theory to improve the ecology,to increase the effective supply of high-quality forest products,to led farmers to get rich,taking these modern forestry property rights system based on advanced science and technology as the support,to rely on the body of the new forestry management,to implement an appropriate scale operation,put overall planning into effect and play to the multiple benefits of forestry,and form a reasonable layout,refine the management mechanism with the sustainable development in the modern forestry demonstration area.(4)The modern forestry demonstration is divided into agriculture and forestry ecological leisure demonstration area,mountain sports fitness and leisure demonstration area,tea intensive management demonstration area,bamboo intensive management demonstration area,and economic characteristics of existing forest quality improvement demonstration area.The construction area and proportion of each partition are 125.1 hm~2and 18.47%,110.4 hm~2 and 16.30%,197.7 hm~2 and 29.19%,36 hm~2 and 5.32%,208 hm~2and 30.72%.(5)It also puts forward 4 special planning of the modern forestry demonstration in Chizhou Tianyuan,such as the planning of tourism planning,environmental protection planning,forest protection planning and infrastructure planning.
