Study On Planning Of Modern Forestry Demonstration Area In Jianghuai Watershed

As the typical social basic cause in China,forestry bear important tasks such as the construction of ecological environment and forest product supply,and plays a key role in economy,society and ecology.Due to the rapid development of industry and the continuous promotion of urbanization,it is inevitable that ecological environment will be damaged,the development of forestry resources and forestry industry is not optimistic.How to effectively promote the protection of forestry resources and afforestation,and realize the transformation from traditional forestry to modern forestry is the top priority for forestry departments in various regions to implement the concept of sustainable develo-pm ent of forestry.The role of modern forestry demonstration area is the basic work of transforming forestry development mode and applying advanced forestry technology production and operation mode to practice on a large scale.Scientific compilation of the overall planning of the forestry demonstration area is the premise to ensure the rationality and normativity of the construction of the demonstration area.This study showed how to compile the overall planning of modern forestry demonstration area as the theme,and takes the planning of Fengyang Yiran and Liuan Jindu and Ma'anzhai forestry ecological park as the case study,evaluates the overall planning structure and summarizes the commonness and difference of the planning structure of modern forestry demonstration area.On the basis of current resource investigation and case analysis,according to the relevant technical regulations of modern forestry compilation,the overall planning scheme of modern forestry demonstration area is summarized by taking the planning of Baihui Garden Modern Forestry Demonstration area in Dingyuan as an empirical case.The scheme can be used to guide the construction of modern forestry demonstration area of Baihui garden in Dingyuan and to provided a set of representative case references for the planning of forestry demonstration area of other cities and counties in Jianghuai watershed region.The main study results were as follows:(1)Through studied cases and searched literates,the basic contents and differences in the planning of modern forestry demonstration areas were summarized.The forestry demonstration area mainly included basic contents such as the overview of planning background,analysis of construction condition,guiding ideology and principles,overall planning layout and functional zoning,various special planning,benefit analysis,etc.The differences in the planning of forestry demonstration areas in different regions were mainlyreflected in three aspects of construction conditions,the overall layout and functional orientation.(2)Through case analysis and field investigation of typical areas,the location and ecological status of Jianghuai watershed region were determined.The mountainous terrain is the East-extending part of Qinling and Dabie Mountains,which is unique ecological resources.However,this region is drought,water-deficient and the soil is not fertile.The prospect of traditional agriculture in watershed is not optimistic.The projects such as implementation of forest conservation,under-forestry economy,water conservation and eco-tourism are not only the basic content of promoting the construction of ecological corridors in Jianghuai watershed region,but also the powerful ecological guarantee to promote the industrial development in the whole Jianghuai region.(3)The modern forestry demonstration area of Baihui garden in Dingyuan belongs to the flower and seedlings forest.On-the-spot showed that the vegetation types of primary forest in Dingyuan County were mainly north subtropical deciduous broad-leaved forest,mainly including broad-leaved species such as Albizia kalkora,Dalbergia hupeana,Pistacia chinensis,Liquidambar formosana and Platycarya strobilacea and rare species such as Platycladus orientalis and Toxicodendron vernicifluum etc.In addition,the demonstration area is adjacent to Dajinshan state-owned forest farm and Jinshan Dishui Temple scenic spot,which has good forest resources and tourism resources.(4)Based on the summary of the framework,the planning content of the demonstration area of modern forestry of Baihui Garden in Dingyuan is detailed,which provided theoretical guidance for the construction and operation of the demonstration area.
