Licorice with Spleen Qi,lungs and cough,relieving pain,ease the resistance effect,have been widely used in modern production of traditional Chinese medicine,but also produced tens of millions of tons of dregs.It was found that flavonoids,amino acids,steroids,organic acids and other compounds in the residue of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were still of great use value.Improper treatment of liquorice dregs causes serious pollution to the environment,such as burying,burning and so on.It is also a waste of resources.Studies have directly crushed residue as additives to feed the animal,but the licorice residue contains a lot of difficult degradation of cellulose hinders the crystallization of effective ingredients,crushed into powder residue directly added to animal diets poor palatability.In this study,Aspergillus and Bacillus were used for solid fermentation of bacteria,degradation of cellulose in licorice residue,promotion of flavonoids and nutrients from licorice root,and preparation of high-quality feed additives.This study selected 3 strains of Aspergillus and 7 Bacillus strains,screened 1 strains of Aspergillus and 1 Bacillus strains by bacteriostasis experiment and single solid fermentation experiments were combined by solid fermentation using these two strains fermentation strains,to study the effect of single factor on the effect of fermentation,including inoculation,inoculation ratio,water content,fermentation temperature and fermentation time.The inoculation,inoculation finally selects the inoculation fluid ratio,water content of the medium and the dregs fermentation time of these four factors were L9(4)orthogonal experiment to determine the combination of the most suitable bacteria solid fermentation conditions.The results showed that:(1)fermentation screening showed that 30470 strains of Aspergillus niger fermentation of licorice residue in water extract of low sensitivity,single strain fermentation Cellulase Producing the highest activity of water extract of licorice residue with low sensitivity is also low in 03291 Bacillus licheniformis,single strain fermentation middle acid protease activity is highest;(2)combination by solid fermentation conditions of single factor research found that optimum fermentation temperature is 30?,the most suitable Bacillus licheniformis Aspergillus niger:inoculation ratio 1:3,suitable inoculation amount of 5%,the suitable moisture content60%,fermentation time and fermentation temperature,7d,fermentation time and mediumeffect of water content on fermentation the effect is very significant;(3)orthogonal experiment optimum fermentation conditions: inoculum 6%,mixed bacteria Bacillus licheniformis Aspergillus niger: inoculation ratio 1:2,sweet herbs The content of water in the fermentation medium was 70%,the fermentation time was 7d,and the content of flavonoids in Glycyrrhiza uralensis was the highest(1.43±0.03)mg/g.In summary,based on the combination of licorice residue by solid fermentation conditions were optimized,effectively hinder the degradation of residues of Glycyrrhiza flavonoids precipitated in the medicine residue of cellulose,which significantly improved the content of fermentation product of licorice flavonoids precipitation,cellulase,acid proteinase and probiotics,preparation of feed additive quality,has an important the significance for solving the licorice residue pollution and inefficient use of the problem.
