that the transformation of selenium into the edible state of corn,so as to improve the quality of corn,which is the most commonly used method of selenium rich crops.China is a serious lack of selenium,selenium content in food is generally low,can not meet the physiological needs of human body,should be added,and method of selenium in selenium enriched foods,food is considered to be one of the safe and reliable method,so as to increase the selenium content of crops by exogenous selenium.That people can solve problems from selenium deficient diet,selenium to achieve.Corn is one of the common food of our people,especially the Fresh Edible Maize,the love for the public,so the development of selenium rich edible corn,so that people can get the nutritional supplement of selenium in edible corn at the same time,to improve people’s physique,is of great significance to the development of local agricultural products function.This paper presents the effects of different fertilizer under exogenous selenium on Maize biomass and quality,this is mainly because of exogenous selenium spraying absorbed by crops,in addition to the crop of selenium enrichment capability,is also related to external factors,including different kinds of fertilizer influenced therefore,we through field experiments in corn when exogenous selenium with the current commonly used urea,compound fertilizer,organic inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer were applied under the condition that the effects on Maize agronomic traits and quality,in order to select selenium conditions,routine use of the best fertilizer application effect,at the same time to provide theoretical data for the rational use of exogenous selenium in corn.The results are as follows: 1,the effects of Different Fertilizer on Maize agronomic traits under the condition of seleniumUnder the condition of selenium,urea,compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer for maize growth period are similar,no fertilization appeared in maize growth process delay phenomenon,because selenium in corn is the bell,so this phenomenon should be associated with conventional fertilization.Five the average height is 188.8cm;which is the highest treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizer was 204cm;the panicle length,the length of sequence between the five treatments: organic and inorganic fertilizer,urea,compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer,fertilizer,urea,compound fertilizer,organic inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer than no fertilizer 12.2%,increased 18.6%,11.1%,6.9%,significantly higher than that of other organic and inorganic fertilizer fertilizer.The yield of the overall performance of the organic and inorganic fertilizer,organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer,urea,indicating that selenium blank;under the condition of organic inorganic fertilizer and no fertilizer,urea,compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer compared to more significant effect on the growth of maize,the effect on maize yield greater.2,the effects of Different Fertilizer on Maize under the condition of selenium content of seleniumIn the condition of selenium,selenium content in different parts of corn by different fertilizer is significantly different,but both in organic and inorganic fertilizer on the highest,lowest when no fertilizer,the overall performance of organic and inorganic fertilizer,organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer > > urea fertilizer,this shows that in the condition of selenium fertilizer can promote.The uptake of exogenous selenium fertilizer of corn,which is the best effect of organic and inorganic fertilizer.In different fertilizer,the absorption characteristics of various parts of corn on selenium in particular: selenium content in grains of organic and inorganic fertilizer than no fertilizer treatment more than 94.3%,more than 21.3% of urea,compound fertilizer ratio is 16% more than 16.6% organic fertilizer;leaf selenium content of organic and inorganic fertilizer than no fertilizer more than 99%.More than 45.2% of urea,compound fertilizer is 8.2% more than 5.7% organic fertilizer;stems of organic and inorganic fertilizer than no fertilizer more than 82.4%,more than 16.4% of urea,compound fertilizer is 8.9% more than 7.1% organic fertilizer;the core of organic and inorganic fertilizer than no fertilizer more than 103%,more than 58% of urea,compound fertilizer and more 34.7%,more than 23.1% organic fertilizer;this shows that in the condition of selenium,organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the absorption of selenium fertilizer has obvious promotion effect.Selenium accumulation in maize grain is mainly related to organic and inorganic fertilizers,which can increase the accumulation of selenium in grains.Selenium content in grains,stems,leaves and cores of maize increased significantly under the condition of selenium application.3,the effects of Different Fertilizer on Maize Quality under the condition of seleniumIn the condition of selenium,corn protein,carbohydrates,minerals and other quality indicators are different because of different resources,but the overall presentation of fertilizer treatment was higher than that of no fertilizer phenomenon.Carbohydrate: reducing sugar content in maize seed in organic fertilizer treatment was the highest,reaching 2.9%,reducing sugar of leaves and stems,with organic and inorganic fertilizer was the highest in the core,respectively 1.69%,1.27%,0.87%;the total sugar content in maize seed is the highest organic fertilizer,27.93%,the total sugar of leaves and stems and in the core are organic and inorganic fertilizer is highest,respectively 15.93%,10.88%,6.74%;maize seeds,leaves and stems of the starch content in organic fertilizer treatment was the highest,respectively 43.16%,3.91%,2.7%,and the starch content in the core of the highest in treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizer,0.41%.Protein indicators: the highest protein content in different parts of maize are processing compound fertilizer,the content of grain,leaf,stem,core protein in compound fertilizer treatment under 4.23% and 2.01% respectively,1.23%,0.87 than no fertilizer;mineral elements: phosphorus content in corn processing in compound fertilizer for grain,leaf and stem was the highest;each part of the content of potassium was highest in the treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizer content in different parts of corn corn;calcium magnesium iron copper manganese is showing the highest under organic fertilizer treatment;the highest content of Zn in maize leaves and grains in the organic and inorganic fertilizer,and the highest the value of stem in organic fertilizer treatment.4,the evaluation and pollution effects of Different Fertilizer on Maize under the condition of heavy metals in seleniumThe selenium content of different fertilizer conditions,corn As,Pb,Cr,heavy metal Cd and Hg elements that have different kinds of fertilizers on the absorption effect of metals,but were lower than the national food hygiene standards.The contents of As,Pb,Cr,Cd and Hg were lower than the national food hygiene standards.According to the relationship between Se and As,Pb,Cr,Cd,Hg,Se and As,Cr there was a significant positive correlation with Se and Pb,Cd,Hg negative correlation.The results indicated that the selenium content in maize kernels could be accompanied by the content of As and Cr,which could promote the absorption of As and Cr in Maize kernels.The Pb,Cd and Hg contents were antagonistic to inhibit the absorption and utilization of these elements.At the same time to evaluate the heavy metal pollution of heavy metal pollution in corn,corn to prevent and repair work,but also to explore the reference of heavy metal distribution in the plant,is very important for national food security and the stability of ordinary residents’ health. |
