| Constantly with the development of the society and the market demand growth,human demand for energy is more and more,the available energy is renewable and nonrenewable.Non-renewable energy has not fully meet the huge demand,so for the sake of the subsequent development of human,the development and utilization of renewable resources is the contemporary trend and development direction.In accordance with the need of photovoltaic of agricultural development,this article translation delivery mechanism for large span sprinkler design and experiment was carried out.Investigation on the market commonly used moving and administer system,at present our country mainly use the national grid or diesel engine power to drive all kinds of pump rotation.Aiming at this problem,this article will research and experiment using solar power to drive the sprinkler and spray system to complete homework.First of all,to solve the problem of the whole system structure design,main points and a few large: the design of the photovoltaic system,walking system design,system design and the overall design of the entire truss,which occupied by solar panel in order to save the land resources,when the design is to realize the integration of panels and sprinkler targets.Through the calculate and determine the theoretical solar power sprinkler 31 to 100 w solar panels,applying pesticide and 20 battery store electricity.In structure design,saving resources for maximum effect,the installation position of solar panels is the innovation points,this paper design the solar panel installed on the fixed steel truss and triangle,basically fixed by bolt,the confirmed the above structure and basic model,this article selects the CATIA software for 3 d modeling and finite element analysis of structure,and then do the modal analysis of the machine,this article USES the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to good truss structural design model to simplify the analysis and static mechanics analysis,it is concluded that the results of both the stress and strain,stress results of 101 MPa,smaller than Q235 material ultimate strength 235 MPa,,strain results is 0.05608 mm.The results show that the solar panel installed on the truss,also can ensure the structure stability of the trusses.This paper also made a solar-powered sprinkler operating environment analysis and applying pesticide applying solar power sprinkler test,study the test results show that the type with off-grid solar photovoltaic power generation system as translation type sprinkler drive and energy applying pesticide applying pesticide is feasible,in the light intensity is relatively weak in January,metering pump outlet pressure is 0.5 MPa,depending on solar energy and storage battery,the application vehicle can meet the requirement of irrigation and pesticide application.Through field experiment,the unit daily walk and administer sprinkler irrigation work can satisfy the demand of crops.In this paper,the results can provide a photovoltaic system driver pesticide applying translation type sprinkler design to provide the reference. |
