Sprinkler irrigation as a kind of high efficient water saving irrigation technology, develop and apply widely in our country. Along with our country energy shortage crisis intensified, saving energy and reducing consumption will be the irrigation industry development inevitable trend. Solar translation type sprinkler because of its advantages of small investment, high efficiency, light and agile, widely applied in the foothills and water dispersed areas, large proportion in the water-saving irrigation industry in our country. Based on this research to develop solar sprinkler translation as the research object, through the drive system overall scheme design and calculation of main parameters, under different working conditions, compared solar translation type sprinkler driven power needed to drive, proposed solar energy translation type sprinkler driving motor selection and pv configuration under different working conditions, and treated total operation time throughout the day as solar translation type sprinkler operation ability evaluation index, predicted the ability to work of solar sprinkler in central ningxia and the guanzhong region of shaanxi province under sunny day, cloudy or foggy haze weather.In order to provide reference for the selection and configuration of solar energy shift type sprinkler system and photovoltaic system. The main research contents include the following aspects:(1) Research on the transmission efficiency of the solar energy translation sprinkler system. For getting the driving efficiency of the system, construct the drive system efficiency test bed, test the driving the work efficiency of the motor test and RV deceleration transmission efficiency, analysis the trends of changes of its output torque and working efficiency when the driving motor with the load and speed changes. By analyzing the changing rule of the drive motor and reducer, obtain the total efficiency of driving system. Among them, when the drive motor and the RV reducer worked at rated speed, the efficiency changed smoothly, the total efficiency of driving system showed a trend of increasing with the increase of driving motor speed, along with the rising of the braking current, the drive system transmission efficiency increased.(2) Research on the power demand of the solar energy translation sprinkler irrigation. For solar translational sprinkling machine field operation, by combining laboratory and field experiment method, and treating the research group of its own research and development of sprinkling irrigation machine as the research object, tested the solar translational spinkler grader walking operation and the drive system output power of the obstacle avoidance, and the test data were processed and analyzed attachment to the coefficient of variation of unit sprinkler system climbing and obstacle, among them, the sprinkler irrigation unit in the process of climbing the adhesion coefficient variation range is between 0.4~0.44; Obstacle in the process of the adhesion coefficient range between 0.4~0.48.Its range was conform to the adhesion coefficient values range 0.40~0.50 commonly,which is used in agricultural machinery design handbook. So it can be applied to the calculation of the power demand of solar powered spray irrigation..(3) Research on the applicability of solar energy shift sprinkler irrigation in different regions. Drive system overall scheme design and calculation of main parameters, compared solar translation type sprinkler driven power needed to drive under different working conditions, proposed solar translation sprinkler driving motor selection and photovoltaic configurations under different conditions, and treated total operation time throughout the day as solar translation type sprinkler operation ability evaluation index, to predicte the ability to work of solar sprinkler in central ningxia and the guanzhong region of shaanxi province under sunny day, cloudy or foggy haze weather. According to the matching situation, it showed that the same conditions, the day of the day total operating time is 1.5 times than the total working hours of cloudy or fog and haze.Through this research, it can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the research of solar powered pan sprinkler system.
