Study On Moderate Scale Selection Of Hog Breeding In Anhui Province

With the continuous development of modern agriculture,the proportion of animal husbandry has risen,the hog industry has become the largest animal husbandry industry.Anhui Province is one of the top ten live pigs across the country,in Anhui Province,pig breeding industry plays a decisive role in the province-wide animal husbandry.This paper studies the selection of moderate scale of hog breeding in Anhui Province,and determines the most suitable breeding scale in Anhui Province,which provides countermeasures for the development of pig industry in Anhui Province,which accelerate the process of hog breeding and promote the development of hog industry,that meets the needs of residents of pork consumption and has a significant impact in the transition stage of the Anhui hog industry.Based on the data of the income and income of pig industry in Anhui Province,this paper takes the relevant research literature at home and abroad as background,which combines with the present situation of hog industry in Anhui Province,utilizes cost and benefit theory and gray theory to carry out in-depth study upon the size of the choice.The results showed that the measured values of four kinds of breeding patterns were as follows: 0.770,0.953,0.951,0.920.And the measured values of retail investor was significantly lower than that of the other three breeding modes.In this case,small-scale is better,however,the moderate scale and large-scale farming will be the tendency in future development of Anhui pig industry.The paper consists of the following five parts.Chapter 1,Introduction.This part introduces the background and basis of the research,the purpose and significance of the study,the research ideas and research methods,and the literature review related to the paper,and summarize and analyze the innovation and shortcomings of this research.Chapter 2,Analysis of the status of hog industry.This part introduces the status quo of hog breeding in the whole country and Anhui province,and analyzes the production and consumption situation.Chapter 3,Cost-benefit analysis of different hog breeding scale in Anhui Province.Based on the statistical yearbook data,this part compares and analyzes the total cost,cost structure and net profit of different hog breeding in Anhui Province.Chapter 4,The choice of the scale of hog breeding in Anhui province.Based on the gray situation decision model in gray system,this part analysizes the optimal size of hog breeding in Anhui Province,by selecting the target and data processing,and the effect of different scale farming was calculated.Chapter 5,Policyrecommendations.At this part,the optimal model of hog breeding in Anhui Province is small-scale breeding,so as to put forward policy suggestions and lay the foundation for small-scale breeding and large-scale transformation in the future.
