| The scaffolding cultivation as the introduction of advanced planting technology pattern,there are many technical advantages.But still use the traditional way of cultivation in our country,with the development of social economy,the labor price rise year by year,towards the elaborating our country agriculture also gradually,the scaffolding cultivation as a provincial labor for technology,its application prospect.The scaffolding embodied in the cultivation of technology advantage,high fruit quality,energy saving light,is advantageous for the mechanized operation,etc,and is especially suitable for sightseeing picking;With a strong ability to resist the wind,in the face of the typhoon disaster,can effectively reduce the loss of pear.This article through to the cost sensitivity analysis,confirmed the technical advantages in practice can bring remarkable economic advantage.Conclusions are as follows:the market price and Labour price is the key factor affecting the pear in earnings,the scaffolding cultivation due to its high production efficiency,in the face of market volatility and resistance against natural disasters are obviously superior to the traditional cultivation mode;Sensitivity coefficient of pome price and unit yield was obviously higher than that of labor costs,but considering the actual data,pome is influenced by the market price,is not controlled,the unit of pear tree production in large fluctuations will not happen in the future,but the labor price rises in recent ten years is huge,so,relative to the pome price and the yield of pear,want to improve liyuan economic benefits,studies how to save labor for more meaningful.Although the scaffolding cultivation technique compared with traditional cultivation techniques,have been implemented more than planting link mechanical alternative and save labor,but because of the particularity of liyuan business nature of employment,the bigger the scale of operation,the higher Labour costs,so the scaffolding application need to moderate scale cultivation technique.Based on the results of the cost sensitivity analysis,this paper adopts the scaffolding cultivation of pear doing moderate size calculation,analysis of the results found that:(1)the scaffolding cultivation,in the case of not to hire other labor,moderate scale can be achieved.When the size of the operatic beyond a certain range,failing to meet their needs,their own labor can enlarge the area,by employing labor,to moderate scale,through calculation and analysis of this article,the moderate scale of operatic range in 26?34 acres,50?63 mu;(2)the traditional cultivation way without hiring ineligible under moderate scale.In under the condition of employment,and short of moderate scale,because with the enlargement of the scale,the employment will increase,its production efficiency does not support the higher labor costs;(3)the scaffolding cultivated land utilization and labor efficiency is much higher than vertical cultivation;(4)the issuance of agricultural subsidies can effectively reduce the pear in demand of workers,so as to alleviate the pressure of the pear in high Labour costs;If the government of a certain financial subsidies for agricultural,can effectively reduce the agricultural appropriate scale of operation,can improve the farmers benefit,also increase the land utilization.At the end of the paper on the basis of field investigation data,selecting area of typical cases,this article about the moderate scale of opera in the application of case analysis,according to the abundant source of liyuan has the technical and economic advantages,moderate scale management and other management characteristic,want to further improve the efficiency of the opera,from the undergrowth expanding scale,the development of economy,many kinds of aspects such as blending camp.Through the case study research method of this paper may be applied and instructions,can be intuitive to the people,the scaffolding cultivation in moderate scale under the organizational form of the family farm,liyuan best production efficiency. |
