| In order to improve the welfare of dairy cow and solve the issues of excessive manure in dairy farm.Experiments were conducted as follows:Experiment one was putting the manure dried in the sun after solid-liquid separation as bedding for dairy cow in Spring and Summer.Placement the dry manure as the test group,and placement nothing as the control group,the effects of cow manure on lying behavior,cleaning of bodies,production performance,and immunity of cows were studied.The results of experiment showed that:in Spring,the temperature had varies greatly between day and night,the temperature humidity index was low.In Summer,the temperature didn’t change between day and night,but the temperature humidity index was high.The surface temperature of bed of the blank group was higher than the dry manure group very significantly(P<0.01)at 14:00.In Spring,the methane concentration on the bed of the blank group was higher than the dry manure group very significantly(P<0.01)at 6:00 and 10:00,and the methane concentration on the bed of the blank group was higher than the dry manure group significantly(P<0.05)at 2:00.In summer,the methane concentration on the bed of the blank group were higher than the dry manure group very significantly(P<0.01)the whole day except at 14:00.The number of lying in the test group was more than the control group half an hour before milking and half an hour after feeding(P<0.01).In Summer,the average milk yield of the blank group and the blank group were 36.43L·d-1·head-1and31.84L·d-1·head-1,and the difference were very significantly(P<0.01)at 16 th day,the average somatic cell count of the control group were 200.69 103·m L-1 and 389.35 103·m L-1respectively,and the difference were very significantly(P<0.01)at 1st day and 16 th day,the average the content of Ig G of blood plema in the dry manure group and the blank group were 195.54 μg·m L-1,314.05 μg·m L-1,and the difference were very significantly(P<0.01).Experiment two was investigated the physical-chemical properties and changes of bacterial content of the manure bedding in Experiment 1.In the same season,the treatments included six groups: wet group,dry group,placing 1-day group,placing 2-day group,placing 3-day group and control group.Results showed that the counts of colinbacillus was5.24log10 cfu·m L-1 of the dry group,and was less than other groups.The counts of Staphylococcus and Streptococcus of the wet group and the control group were more than other groups.Experiment three was investigated the effect of manure bedding with different levels(high,middle and low)of water content for lying behavior of dairy cows.Feeding 8cows in the same barn,the 3 kinds of manure bedding placement on the bed,observed that which kind of manure bedding was more comfortable for dairy cows.Results showed that:the average lying times of cows on the high water content manure bedding,middle water content manure bedding,and low water content manure bedding were 8.03 times·d-1,21.39times·d-1,and 36.04 times·d-1 respectively(P<0.01).Cows respectively spent 59.13 minutes,and 65.17 minutes,and 69.38 minutes lying on 3 kinds manure bedding each time(P<0.01).The total time cows spent lying were 457.73 minutes·d-1,1349.80 minutes·d-1 and 2510.80minutes·d-1(P<0.01)lying on 3 kinds of manure bedding.In conclusion,it would improve animal welfare and make cows comfortable that plancing the manure dried in the sun after solid-liquid separation as bedding for dairy cow.To some extent,it’s available for farm to reduce the incidence of mastitis and the manure pollution of the environment. |
