Research Of Urban Greening Management Mechanism Under The Background Of Setting Up The Ecosystem City

Under the policy of ecological civilization construction,the process of eco city has been developed rapidly.Meanwhile,the urban greening is an important public utility to realize the people’s living needs and enhance the sense of happiness.However,the traditional city greening management mechanism is still governmentdominated.It is difficult to play the basic role of the market in resource allocation,because of lack of laws,law enforcement,investment,supervision,and single financing.There are still some problems existing in the process of the urban green space system planning,construction,management and maintenance,such as excessive administrative intervention,the lack of forward-looking,scientific and democratic.The backwardness of urban greening management mechanism restricts the development of urban greening and hinders the construction of ecological city.How to change from the traditional city greening management mechanism to management mechanism of green ecological city and how to better adapt to the current social development,which has become the key for the political departments to do greening management and to construct the ecological city.In this paper,by comparing the differences between domestic and international urban greening management mechanism,the countermeasures and measures are put forward to improve the management mechanism of ecological city greening in china,which combined with the practice of eco city construction at home and abroad.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter : “Ecological city construction and urban greening management”,It mainly introduces the connotation and important role of ecological city construction.At the same time,it tells us the concept of public goods,the connotation of public management and the management of urban greening.The second chapter: “Feasibility analysis of constructing urban greening management mechanism in China”.It analyzes the basic advantages and opportunities of constructing the urban greening management mechanism to adapt to the ecological city construction.The third chapter: “Analysis of urban greening management”.This chapter expounds the present situation and problems of urban greening management in China,which is used to pave the way for the improvement of urban greening management mechanism.The forth chapter: “The countermeasures and measures of constructing the urban greening management mechanism adapting to the ecological city construction in China”.Combined with the current situation of the development of market economy,this chapter tries to put forward the way to build the urban greening management mechanism under the background of ecological city construction,referring to the green management mechanism of several ecological cities and multiparty arguments.
