| Urban greening is a very important part of urban construction.It is also a major embodiment of urban civilization.It can directly affect the quality of life of citizens and the long-term development of society,and its importance is self-evident.This paper take Mudanjiang city greening management theory as the research object,through analyzing the domestic and foreign related aspects,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Mudanjiang city greening management status,system architecture,and the relevant laws and the Mudanjiang city greening planning and key greening project to conduct a comprehensive analysis,summed up the problems existing in the planning,green management and green management system Mudanjiang city construction investment and other aspects,and the optimization strategy is studied.The planning concept,strengthen planning,improve the planning system of optimization strategy from the norms of city greening management perspective;put forward to perfect the standard green management system,green bidding mechanism and establishing effective supervision and management mechanism optimization strategy change from the perspective of greening management system;from the aspect of green construction investment and maintenance management of rich garden to improve the city landscape greening rate,increasing financial investment,the formation of high-quality management team optimization strategy.In order to help Mudanjiang improve the management level of urban greening,the city greening management is more scientific and standardized. |
