China is a large agricultural country,with a broad crop acreage,and a wide variety of crops,and China’s existing plant protection machinery cannot meet the needs of modern agricultural development.Since ancient times,crop growth has been jeopardized by disease,pests and weeds damage,which has brought immeasurable losses to farmers,especially greenhouse sprayer face a more severe situation.Greenhouse mainly grow vegetables,fruits and flowers and other cash crops,these crops have higher requirements for the growth environment.In order to achieve higher economic efficiency,not only requires the temperature and humidity in the hut to reach a certain value,but also prevent the harm of disease,pests and weeds.With the continuous development of science and technology,more demanding prevention and control technology was put forward,generally can be divided into four areas: The first is to improve the safety,energy efficiency,reliability and convenience of plant protection machinery.Secondly,it can effective prevention and cure the hazards of diseases,pests and weeds in different growth environments.Third is to reduce waste,and can be different types of chemicals evenly sprayed on the crops to avoid drug drift and residue.The fourth is to reduce the environmental pollution and ensure the comfort and safety of the operation personnel.In view of the current situation of greenhouse sprayer in China,a new type of greenhouse sprayer was designed.The main research contents of greenhouse sprayer are as follows:First of all,on the basis of detailed understanding of the mechanical structure of the self-propelled sprayer and the type of greenhouse structure,a mechanical structure of a new greenhouse spraying machine was designed.The mechanical structure of the greenhouse spraying machine was designed and the dimensions between the structures were calculated.The motion characteristic calculation and simulation analysis of the crank slider mechanism in the telescopic mechanism were carried out.Secondly,according to the variable spraying system,a kind of spraying pesticide control system with PLC as controller and touch screen as the man-machine interface was designed.The control model of the medicine box system was constructed,and the PID control and fuzzy PID control were used to simulate the system.And the hardware design and software design of the medicine box control system.Again,according to the basic working principle of greenhouse sprayer,the hydraulic principle diagram of the system was drawn,and the hydraulic circuit to specify the specific.The hydraulic cylinders and rotary hydraulic motors were designed and calculated.Simulink module in the MATLB software was used to establish mathematical model and simulation analysis the hydraulic motors.Finally,the control system of greenhouse spraying machine was designed.The main circuit and auxiliary circuit of the electrical control of the spraying machine was designed.The control program is written,PLC program using ladder diagram to run.
