In this experiment,Yuncheng Yuanqu test field soil as test soil,(1)The effects of different fertilizers on the productivity of wheat shoots and the establishment of root system were studied.(2)Corn as the test crop,study the effects of different fertilizers on wheat shoot and root soil productivity system built,and then a clear improvement of the best fertilizer types Yuncheng Yuanqu land crop soil root system.Determination of indicators,including aboveground productivity(plant height of wheat,length and width of the second leaf,number of leaves,wheat yield,plant height of corn,stem diameter,root length,root diameter,ear length,bald long,maize yield),rhizosphere soil enzymes(urease,invertase,alkaline phosphatase)activity and rhizosphere soil nutrients(nitrogen,available phosphorus,organic matter).The results show that:(1)After applying different kinds of fertilizers,soil enzyme activity changed with crop growth period.With the growth period,the soil urease activity increased slightly from the early stage of wheat growth to the heading stage;Soil sucrase activity was active in the growth of wheat,enhanced with the growth of the crop,and reached the higher activity level at the heading stage;Soil alkaline phosphatase activity in the wheat season showed a total increase in the first,and then reduce the trend.Soil nutrient contents such as available N,available phosphorus and organic matter increased with the growth period of crop,and reached the heading stage slightly decreased.(2)Fertilization effectively promoted the growth and development of root system,the enzymatic activity of soil rhizosphere soil and the nutrient treatment of soil nutrient were significantly improved,except for the sixth fertilizer.The fertilization was beneficial to soil fertility,Significant increase in production has a good role in promoting.(3)The use of wheat as a test of the crop,the application of eight different fertilizers and no fertilizer treatment for comparison,from the whole point of view,the application of the first,second,third,five inorganic fertilizer,the use of the first fertilizer to make wheat Rhizosphere soil enzyme activity is the highest,soil nutrient content is the highest,followed by the second,the third,the fifth fertilizer application of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content less than the first three fertilizers;applied organic fertilizer,which indicators good fertilizer is seventh,followed by the eighth fertilizer;applying a fourth organic and inorganic fertilizer,wheat rhizosphere soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content are relatively high;applying a sixth fertilizer,its soil enzymes activity and soil nutrient content and without fertilization had no significant difference.(4)With the study of wheat as the experimental crop,the plant height,the second leaf length and the width and leaf number of the wheat showed a gradual increase trend in the wheat growth process as the crop growth period changed obviously.The yield of the fourth and seventh fertilizers was the highest,and the difference between the other fertilizers and the non-fertilizers was not significant.(5)The results showed that the plant height,diameter,root length and root diameter of maize showed a gradual increase trend in the process of maize growth,with the change of crop growth period.The effects of second,third,fourth,fifth and seventh kinds of fertilizers on the chlorophyll content of maize leaves were significant.The first,thrid,fourth,fifth,seventh,eighth kinds of fertilizer on the impact of corn production.
