Fertilization can improve soil, fertility, and promote plant growth, increase yield and improve quality. Soil fertility is an integrated reflection of soil physical, chemical and biological properties. In this paper, the soil nutrients, soil microbe quantities and four enzyme activities of the anniversary of the dynamic changes of fertilization in CangZhou base experiments field were studied. This study can investigate the correlations between soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities, and provide a scientific basis for soil enzyme as a sensitive index to fertility and reasonable fertilizer. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1 Fertilization can increase soil nutrient contents. From the anniversary of the term, soil organic matter, soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus and available phosphorus content were: March's > June's > September's. Only soil available N content was in June's > March's> September's. From the following year in September compared with the first year, the soil nutrient content, except available phosphorus, the other nutrients were all higher than the corresponding treatments. Especially in the treatment of organic fertilizers and organic and inorganic fertilizers, the effect was more pronounced. Soil nutrients have a good vertical distribution.2 Fertilization can increase the number of soil bacteria, actinomycetes and eumycetes. Organic fertilizer had greater impact on eumycetes than other treatments. The organic and inorganic fertilizer was the best choice to increase soil microbes. In the whole annual changes, the number of bacteria and eumycetes were September's> June's> March's. And actinomycetes'changes were June's >September's> March's. Soil microbes have a good vertical distribution.3 The soil enzyme activities with different fertilizer treatments were significantly increased compared with control treatment. In the whole annual changes, the activities of the four enzyme were September's >June's > March's. The second year in September compared to September in the first year, the soil urease activity in organic fertilizer has decreased; the sucrase activity has increased in all fertilization; the phosphatase activity has declined except the treatment of organic and inorganic fertilizer. The protease activity has changed little in the whole year. The four enzyme activities have a good vertical distribution.4 The correlation between soil nutrients, soil microorganisms, soil enzyme activities and crop yield themselves was significant. The correlation between soil enzyme activities and soil microbes was significant. soil enzyme activities and soil significantly associated microorganisms; The urease enzyme activity, soil nutrients and the number of soil bacteria and soil nutrients were both significantly correlated; Soil enzyme activities, soil microbes and crop yield related, but not significant.5 The three factors of soil microbial activity, soil nutrients and soil sucrose were result from factor analysis, soil microbial activity can be used as indicators of soil fertility. Organic and inorganic fertilizer is the best method of fertilization.
