Fujian province is the largest forest resources in China,its Forest coverage rate ranks first in the country,forest resources plays an very important role in the national economy,it has made a significant contribution to the maintenance of ecological security,the protection of agricultural stability,and promote economic development in the mountain areas.And timber resources is an important part of forest resources in our province,what' more,an important resource for the economic development of forest areas in Northern Fujian Province.The timber is produced at the forest farm,but forestry farm itself doesn't consume timber,only transfer the timber to the consumers,can the timber resources be transformed into economic resources,so timber transport links is a core part,scientific and reasonable development of timber transportation plan has a direct impact on reducing logistics costs and improving the efficiency of timber logistics.Based on this background,this paper,proceeding from the reality,makes use of the relevant theory knowledge of timber transportation,describes the current situation and problems of Fujian province by field investigation and successful case analysis,and establishes a linear programming model for the transportation of timber,in order to minimize the total cost of timber transportation.This paper uses the theory and practice,qualitative analysis and quantitative research to construct a mathematical model of linear programming of timber transportation,and then,solve and test it to get the lowest cost for the timber transportation.First of all,First of all,based on related research background,the logistics system theory,logistics cost theory and operational research as a guide,describes the present situation of Fujian Province transport timber enterprises,from which found the problem of transportation of timber companies in Fujian province;Secondly,after the analysis of the basic transportation problem,established the mathematical model of linear programming with timber transportation,and the linear mathematical model of the three basic forms of transportation is constructed in this paper by combining the distance,transportation routes and transportation conditions;Again,this paper has used table working method on the minimum element method,potential test,closed loop adjustment method to solve and test the linear programming mathematical model;Finally,according to the design scheme for the distribution of forest timber in X forest farm in Northern Fujian Province,the acquisition of the related actual data,combined with the model of direct transport model algorithm,optimal scheme for the distribution of the forest are obtained in this paper.Through practical case calculation and verification,it is proved that the method of this paper can well handle the problem of minimizing the cost of wood transportation.In order to minimize the total cost of timber transportation,this paper constructs a mathematical model of linear programming for timber transportation based on the three variables,which are the price of timber transportation,the quantity of timber supply and the demand of timber,and then by using table working method to solve and test the mathematical model,this paper finally gets the distribution scheme of the most minimum total cost of timber transportation.
