Analysis On The Operation Ability Of Listed Enterprises In Agricultural Pig Breeding

As the world’s largest pig producer and pork consumer,China’s pig industry has successfully transformed from a household sideline to a pillar industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,which has become an important path for China’s agricultural economic growth.However,due to the rise of feed prices,the outbreak of classical swine fever and the increase of piglet costs and breeding labor costs in recent years,the breeding costs have risen rapidly,which has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of pig breeding industry.As a leading enterprise in pig breeding industry,agricultural pig breeding listed enterprises are of representative significance to the development status and overall management ability level of China’s pig breeding industry.Under the background of this social environment,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and analyze the operation status of pig breeding listed enterprises,improve the operation status of pig breeding listed enterprises,and promote the long-term and stable healthy development of pig breeding listed enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the industry status of China’s pig breeding listed enterprises,and analyzes the development status of China’s pig breeding listed enterprises from the perspective of business ability combined with the research results at home and abroad.In the empirical part,taking the three listed pig breeding enterprises with high pig breeding business in 2015-2020 as the research object,this paper constructs the entropy weight TOPSIS model to calculate the operating capacity of the three listed pig breeding enterprises.The second is the selection of operating capacity indicators of listed pig breeding enterprises.Through a large number of literature reading and data search,drawing lessons from the ideas of scholars on indicator selection,and combined with the industrial characteristics of pig breeding industry,an evaluation system to improve operating capacity is established.In the research process,a total of 1 primary index,6secondary indexes and 20 tertiary indexes were selected.The index data comes from the original data obtained by means of enterprise annual report and questionnaire.And use Excel software to forward the original data,so as to ensure the accuracy of the output results.The results show that the innovation ability and growth ability of listed pig breeding enterprises have great room for improvement,the breeding cost needs to be further controlled,and the market development ability of listed pig breeding enterprises is also insufficient.Finally,combining the research theory with practical work,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the operating ability of listed pig breeding enterprises,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.This paper holds that with the successful transformation of pig industry,we should increase R &D capital investment,improve R &D efficiency,and introduce advanced breeding technology,equipment and talents;At the same time,we need to further expand market share and broaden sales channels;By reducing the breeding cost,we can improve the operating profit of listed enterprises in pig breeding,so as to improve the operating ability of listed enterprises in agricultural pig breeding.
