With the development of modernized agriculture in our country,more and more attention has been paid to economic and ecological benefits.The use of organic fertilizers,in particular,is not only an indispensable means of increasing the economic benefits of planting,especially in the production of fruit crops of forests and fruits.,And it is essential to improve the soil and improve soil fertility,and then increase economic efficiency and environmental benefits.At present,due to the current situation of the lack of efficient and precise fertilization equipment dedicated to the deep application of organic fertilizers,under the funding of the Ningxia Agricultural Comprehensive Development Project,in response to the demand for fertilizing manure organic fertilizers,R&D has established a set of trenches,fertilization and soil covering.Organic fertilizer precision deep equipment.This article aims at the characteristics of large organic fertilizer application,poor fertilizer fluidity,irregular shape of large bulky debris,poor mechanical transitability of loquat planting plots,and the requirement of deep trenching,fertilization,and soil covering to efficiently complete operations at one time to achieve uniform and precise fertilization.The basic goals of quantity and variables are implemented in terms of mechanical design,control,and communication.Firstly,the overall project demonstration is based on the actual project requirements;then,according to the mechanical design principle,the mechanical mechanism and transmission method are designed,and the design of the fertilizer tank,conveyor belt,trenching device,soil covering mechanism,transmission mode,tractor traction analysis,and power are performed.Matching,kinematics analysis of the equipment straight and turning,mechanical analysis of the trenching part and the platform and finite element simulation analysis;the use of mechanical continuously variable transmission,hardware and sensor selection based on control strategy,design based on stm32f03 The main control chip-based control board controls the variable-rate fertilization function,controls the stepless speed change of the drive and the stepless motor continuously variable transmission,and remotely controls the room remotely via a zigbee wireless transmission signal through the matrix keyboard and 12864 LCD liquid crystal display.Operation and display,using PWM technology,PID algorithm and other technologies and theories.In this dissertation,the reliability and feasibility study of the mechanical system and control system were completed.The applied mechanical R&D aspect of this paper is a novel and practical device in the field of agricultural equipment,and it uses modern control theory to effectively implement agricultural applications.The achieved technology implements the substantial progress of the industry,from practical experiments and theoretical verifications.Completed the project needs,has the corresponding scientific research and application value,and contributed to the research and development of modern agricultural equipment.
