Zizania latifolia is China's second largest aquatic vegetables.,which can make remarkable economic benefit.The inflation stage is formed by the infection of Ustilago esculenta on the fleshy stem.The plants with the inflation stage cannot flower,and its growth is the vegetative growth.Light is an important envirnomental factor affecting plant growth and development.Appropriate light envirnoment can significantly promote plant growth and development.In the field cultivation,supplement on light can promote the growth of Zizania latifolia.The introduction of light can promote plants' growth and development.It has a very important guiding significance and application value of water bamboo production.In this paper,selected the double cropping varietiesnamed ' Zhejiao 7 'as the test materials,discusses 4 kinds of light(red,yellow,·blue and white)and 5 light time(1,2,3,4 and 5)effect on the characteristics of biological and economic,combined with quantitative analysis of physiological detection,photosensitive gene(PhyA,PhyB,Cryl and Cry2)and photoperiod gene(LHY,CCA1 and CO),and described the effect of the system of light quality and light cycle regulation on the growth of Zizania latifolia and the inflation stage.The main results are as follows:1)Effect of light treatment on biological characteristics and economic traits of Zizania latifolia.Light treatment can obviously promote the growth plant height and leaves of Zizania latifolia,and red light got the best promoting results,the best light treatment time is 4-5 hours,it's more conducive for Zizania latifolia to grow.Light treatment can improve the effective tiller number of the Zizania latifolia in a certain extent,it's positive to improve the yield of Zizania latifolia,and red for 5 hours yellow and blue light for 4 hours would promote better.For the economics traits of Zizania latifolia,prolonged the light treatment time would fill the shell weight of Zizania latifolia,net weight and the stem length of Zizania latifolia,it would reach the best promoting effect after 4-5 hours of treatment.Different light quality would have different effect.In addition,the net rate of Zizania latifolia in the light of 3-5 hours,used the yellow light was the highest,followed by white light,the red light was the minimum.Finally,the appropriate light treatment can also make the water harvesting time in advance,and the effect of red light done the best,blue light and yellow light second.In different illumination time,4-5 hours of light more does better.After the light treatment,the yield of Zizania latifolia would been significantly improved.It has a positive correlation with the illumination time,and in different light quality,the red and yellow light do better.2)The light treatment effects on physiological characteristics of Zizania latifolia.The results showed that it is the positive correlation between chlorophyll content in leaf and the light time,and the red light is more conducive to the accumulate of more Chla and Chlb,followed by the blue and yellow light,white light is the last.The ratio of Chla/Chlb respectively were:white>yellow>blue>red,and soluble sugars in leaf content is the highest that after red light treated,followed by the blue and yellow light,white light is the last.It showed that the red light is more helpful to plant carbohydrate accumulation,so as to promote the growth of bamboo and the Inflation Stage.The changes of protective enzyme activity in the main leaf as affected by illumination,it may be associated with photosynthesis activity.The experiment results showed that SOD activity increased with light time,but less affected by light quality,and the activity changes of POD and CAT in leaf are not the same.The activity of POD increased with the increase of light time,but the activity of CAT was increased with the light time.In addition,SOD,POD and CAT were significantly increased during the Inflation Stage,and it could be relate to the anti-aging on plants.3)The effect of light treatment on the photosensitive gene of Zizania latifolia the amount of photoperiod gene reality of Zizania latifolia.Get the fragment of photosensitive gene(PhyA,PhyB,Cry1 and Cry2)and photoperiod gene(LHY,CCA1 and CO)from the cloned gene of Zizania latifolia.The amino acid sequence of each gene had high homology with the Oryza brachyantha and Oryza sativa.qPCR results showed that the photosensitive gene during the three developmental stages of the inflation stage(8 leaf stage),have a certain amount of expression.And the different light and the illumination time had a significant effect on the expression of photosensitive gene.It was not only because of the light sensitive photosensitive gene,but also being affected by photoperiod.It suggested that these genes play an important role in plant sensing external light environment.The expressions of photoperiod gene in different developmental stages of Zizania latifolia were changed significantly;Compared to the light,the impact of photoperiod was more significant,and during the enlargement period of the Inflation Stage the expression decreased.It could be related with period changes on the growth of Zizania latifolia.Finally,during the early time,different experimental combined treated CO gene very low,which may be related to Ustilago esculenta infection of Zizania latifolia stems,it forced the plant to terminate flowering stems water swelling development.
