Due to the shortage of feed resources in China, the development of the feed industry has been limited in China. The development and utilization of new feed resources is imminent. Therefore, the improvement of utilization of feed resources is an effective way to reduce resource waste and solve the shortage of feed resources in China. In recent years, there have been more reports on ruminal digestion and metabolism of ruminants using condensed tannin and forage cellulase alone as feed additives, but the common mechanism of these two additives has been rarely reported. The addition of a suitable amount of condensed tannin in the diet not only protects the rumen protein, but also increases the utilization of protein in the feed, but at the same time as reducing protein consumption in the rumen, cellulose degradation is also suppressed. To study the effects of mixed tannins and cellulase on the purpose of protecting rumen protein without affecting the degradation of cellulose in the rumen and improving feed utilization, and to provide a theoretical basis for better use of feed additives in ruminant animal production.Part I:Effect of Feeding Cellulase and Tannin Additives on the in vitro Fermentation Parameters of Hu SheepSingle factor test design was used for the experiment.Four sheep with good body condition and similar weight were selected and a permanent rumen fistula was installed for the collection of rumen contents.Determination of pH,net gas production, dry matter degradation, ammonia nitrogen, and volatile fatty acids.Experiments were divided into 1 control group and 3 test groups, namely,no add group, add tannin group, add cellulase group, add tannin and forage cellulase group, set 3 replicates in each group. The results showed that the pH was in the range of 6.60 to 7.47.At 48 hours, there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group, which was in line with expectations. In the whole in vitro culture test, the concentration of NH3-N was less affected. The addition of tannin and forage cellulase can reduce the gas production. The contents of acetic acid and propionic acid were increased and the content of butyric acid was decreased. The content of tannins and tannic acid and forage fiber enzyme mixed groups were the lowest.B/propyl ratio is on the rise.Part II:The evaluation of the growth and fattening period of Hu sheep using forage cellulase and tannin additiveFeeding time is divided into pre-feeding period and feeding period which are totals of 153 days.Sixty healthy lambs were divided into 4 groups according to the random distribution method(random allocation table),and each group had 3 replicates. The basal diet formula ? was fed during the growth period and the dietary crude ratio was 40:60.Different additives were added according to the grouping. The weight at the beginning of the fattening period was recorded, and the basal diet formula ? was used, and the ratio of refined to coarse grains was 60:40.The results showed that the content of crude fat and crude fiber in the mixed tannin-and forage fiber-enzyme group increased with that in group B in the growth period of Huyang sheep.During the fattening period of Huyang, the contents of crude fiber(CF)in TC and C groups were significantly different from those in B group. There was no significant difference in dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and crude ash(ASH)levels between the groups throughout the growth and development period. In terms of slaughter performance,it was shown that the glucose content of the TC group was significantly higher than that of the other groups during the Hu sheep growth period. The contents of total protein, albumin, globulin, and total cholesterol in all groups were highest in TC group.During the fattening period, the levels of ALT,ALB,GLO and CHOL in the TC group showed an upward trend compared with those in the B group(control group). It shows that the simultaneous addition of forage cellulose and tannins can promote the function of rumen fermentation, and then increase the digestive metabolic rate. Can also be promoted the absorption of body fat metabolism, increasing body energy and no negative effects on the animal's body's liver and kidneys, can increase the body's immunity and disease resistance.According to the data of jejunum and ileum, adding tannin and feeding cellulase can promote the development of intestinal membrane, increase the length of villi and deepen the crypto.Part ?:Effects of Feeding Cellulase and Tannin Additives on Small Intestine Morphology and Intestinal Microflora of Hu SheepThe results of High-throughput sequencing showed that the rumen bacteria diversity was abundant in the sample.Increased sequencing depth and data volume. The diversity of rumen microorganism was comprehensively reflected.Via detecting? rumen bacteria diversity than ? group and ? group. The control group had the lowest diversity. The difference is mainly due to the addition of different dietary supplements. The bacteria community of rumen is more abundant. The more stable the environment and ecosystem are.The stability of the environment in the rumen and the balance of the ecosystem are very important for the normal operation of rumen function and the high utilization of feed.? group increased the diversity of rumen microbes. The effects on rumen microflora were significant. The Bacteroidetes and the Firmicutes ? group is advantage bacterium group.Prevotella reduced. There was no significant difference between Succiniclasticum,Fibrobacter and control group.
