In this experiment,four Yanbian cattle were selected to provide gastric juice for experimental animals.Three low levels of condensation were selected(0.1%,0.5%,0.9%).It is a nitrogen source with no condensed tannins(Soybean meal,Cottonseed meal,Rapeseed meal)and herbage(Medicago sativa,Red clover,Vicia amoena).The changes of microorganism and internal environment of rumen were determined by the determination of condensation.The' interaction between condensation tannin,protein and rumen microorganism was found.In order to select the optimal proportion of condensation tannin and the nitrogen source with higher utilization rate.This study can not only clarify the relationship between condensation tannin,protein and rumen microorganism.In addition,it provides scientific basis for the anti-animal functional additives.The results showed that the pH value,nh3-n and VFA of the experimental groups were changed in normal range and could meet the normal metabolism of rumen microorganism.There were good indexes and low gas production in the 0.5%horizontal condensation group of herbage and the 0.9%of the cake meal.Rumen degradation rate,the effective degradation rate was slightly lower than that in the control group,with the addition of 0.9%condensation tannin group and Rapeseed meal adding 0.5%condensation tannin group and the Red clover of the forage group.The soybean meal of the Soybean meal was added 0.1%,and The Cottonseed meal and the Rapeseed meal add 0.5%of the protein in the tannin group and the effective degradation rate is lower than the control group.The effective rate of crude protein was lower than that in the control group.The Red clover add 0.1%to the neutral detergent in the tannin group and the effective degradation rate is not as significant as the control group.The other five nitrogen sources were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).High-throughput sequencing of rumen microorganisms.After multiple levels of gate level,genus level,and OTU level.It was confirmed that the addition of condensed tannins from different nitrogen sources had a greater impact on the rumen flora of each group of nitrogen sources.The relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes was higher in each group,which was the dominant flora;the proportion of 0.9%condensed tannins was added to the meal and 0.5%condensed tannins were added to forages.Prevotella and Succiniclasticum showed a decreasing trend with the prolonged fermentation time in each nitrogen source group.And the proportion in the Cottonseed meal group and the Vicia amoena group was lower.In addition,the addition group of 0.9%of the cake meal and 0.5%of herbage were more favorable to optimize the rumen fermentation environment.The degradation rate of rumen crude protein was reduced.The rumen protein was effectively protected.Increase the diversity of rumen microbe.Maintain the dynamic balance of the rumen.Among them,the advantages of Vicia amoena and Cottonseed meal.
