This experiment with different molecular weight of condensed tannins as a raw material added to the diet of yanbian cattle, aim to explore the influence of its indicators on rumen fermentation, the body’s immune index and nutrition digestion index. Furthermore, by using Real time PCR molecular biology techniques for the analysis of the influence on the rumen microf lora of yanbian yellow cattles. The purpose is to investigate the strength of the protective effect of rumen by-pass protein of condensed tannins from the perspective of different molecular weights. For the development and application of a new ruminant animal feed additive provides a theoretical basis. The results showed that:The experiment one:The influences of the indicators fermentation of yanbian yellew cattles which added different molecular weight condensed tannins in the diet.In the diet after adding different molecular weight of condensed tannins, fermentation in the body of0、1、3、6、9h, etc, the group of feeded condensed tannins pH value were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). First after falling and rising trend. Description added condensed tannins can improve rumen liupid pH values. Meanwhile ammonia nitrogen concentration and the concentration of whole bacteria protein were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no difference between the test group and the control group of ammonia nitrogen concentration on1h. There were no difference between the test group and the control group of bacterial protein concentration on1h and9h. Producing methane and volatile fatty acid concentrations were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After feeding the concentration of the total VFA, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid in rumen, first after rising downward trend, maximum when after feeded3h. The diet after added condensed tannins the total VFA, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid contentration in the rumen in the overall decline. And with the extension of the fermentation time, the difference narrowed. The results showed that:the effect of which test group fed a higher molecular weight condensed tannins significantly higher than the group of smaller molecular weight tannins. The experiment two:Different molecular weight of condensed tannins on the effects of digestion and metabolism of nutrients and blood index of Yanbian yellow cattle. On the basis of the experimental study on this conditions, on the end of the feeding period of each test using the rectal fecal take method. Determined the values of CP, CF, DM, OM, ADF and NDF to analyze the situation of feed digestion and metabolism of nutrients. At the end of each test separately for each cattle to fasting venous blood. Separation of serum to determine the blood biochemical indicators and immune indexes. The results showed that:The group which feeded condensed tannins of CP and NDF values digestibility increased significantly(P<0.05). The digestibility of OM, CF, DM and ADF were not significantly differences between the three groups (P>0.05). The group of feeded larger molecular weight condensed tannins were extreme significantly lower than the control group on the nitrogen content in urine and fecal nitrogen(P<0.01). Nitrogen deposition(RN) of the group B with larger molecular weight CTs were extreme significantly higher than the control and experimental group A(P<0.01). The difference of net nitrogen utilization (NPU) of the two groups of A, B extreme significantly(P <0.01).The differences between the three experimental groups on the biological potency of nitrogen (BV) were significantly(P<0.05). When feeded CTs the immunoglobulin、TP and ALB of the blood were improved significantly (P<0.05), The concentration of BUN was decreased significantly. The consequence of this experiment:the effect of group B of feeding the higher molecular weight condensed tannins significantly. The experiment three:Different molecular weight of the condensed tannins on the rumen microflora of yanbian yellow cattles. On the basis of the experimental study on this conditions, using the technology of Real-time PCR. To monitor the change of the number of rumen Total bacteria、B. Fibrisolvens and Methanogens bacteria. For quantitative analysis of the above several kinds of bacterias. The results showed that: added different molecular weights of condensed tannins to diets could significantly reduced the number of B. Fibrisolvens(P<0.05). The number of methane bacteria compared between the two groups which added CTs and the control group A significantly reduced(P<0.05). The effect of the number of total bacteria on the three groups were not significantly(P>0.05). However the number of total bacteria on the two groups were relatively reduced. Thus the conclusion, added larger molecular weight condensed tannins relatively (2600Da) in the diet can change the rumen fermentation patterns, induce the number of B. Fibrisolvens and Methanogens bacteria. Effectively protect the rumen bypass protein and decrease the production of methane. Thereby to improve the utilization rate of feed protein and reduce energy losses.
