The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of acidifiers and microecological agents on the production performance, serum biochemistry, hormones, antioxidant, immune index and milk composition of lactating pigs.Test selection due date,as well as the body condition of similar changbai x 24 head white sows, randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 1 sow per replicate:basic fodder(control group),basic fodder + 200 mL/d probiotics(probiotics),basic fodder + 0.5% acidulant group(acidification),basic fodder + 200 mL/d probiotics + 0.5% acidulant group(mixed). The pre-test period was 7 days, and the pre-test period was 21 days. The results show that:(1)The average daily intake of sows in the mixed group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),and increased by 10.68%.The total lactation of the mixed sows increased significantly(P<0.05),and increased by 27.36%.The average weight of the piglets in the mixed group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 12.16%,and the mixed group was 12.16%.Weaning litter weight of piglets increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 27.39%.The average weight of piglets, piglet ADG,the number of young piglets, piglets' primary litter weight, sow back fat loss and the number of weaned piglets in the 21 day were not significant(P>0.05)for first, seventh, fourteenth days.(2)The serum urea nitrogen content of the sow was lower than that of the control group in first days, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mixed group increased the serum total cholesterol and albumin levels in the first,eleventh,twenty-first days of lactation, which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the serum albumin level in the mixed group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the eleventh,twenty-first day(P<0.05),which increased by 6.73% and 15.22% respectively.Compared with the control group, the serum total protein and albumin content were significantly increased in the first days of the sow,and the total cholesterol and total protein content in the eleventh day serum, and the total serum total cholesterol content in twenty-first days were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the content of total cholesterol, total protein and albumin in the sera of the acidifying group for first, eleventh days, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and albumin in the twenty-first day sow serum increased significantly, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The content of milk protein in colostrums and normal milk in each addition group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The milk fat in the colostrums increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 33.98%,26.55% and 63.1% respectively. The milk fat in each group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 27.34%,24.58% and 28.11% respectively. The lactose content in the milk of the mixed group increased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 17.83%.(4)The serum MDA level of the eleventh day microecological preparation group and the mixed group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The content of SOD in the serum of the microecological preparation group and the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 17.75% and 3.11% respectively. On the twenty-first day, there was no significant difference in serum T-AOC between sows in each addition group(P>0.05),and the MDA content in sow serum was significantly decreased in the mixed group and Acidifier group(P<0.05).The content of SOD in the serum of the microecological preparation group and the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which increased by 3.26% and 8.20% respectively.(5)Compared with the control group, sow serum PRL increased significantly in the first days compared with the control group, which increased by 14.38%,4.81% and 5.03% respectively. In the eleventh days, the serum PRL in the microecological preparation group and the mixed group increased significantly compared with the control(P<0.05),and the serum IGF-1 of the sows increased significantly(P<0.05),and increased by 1.59%,1.95%,and 1.58% respectively. The serum PRL in the twenty-first day acidifying and mixed sows increased significantly(P<0.05),and increased by 1.74% and 10.16% respectively. The serum IGF-1 of the sows in each group increased significantly(P<0.05),and increased by 4.14%,1.22% and 3.80%,respectively.(6)The serum IgA content in the acidifier group and the sow group at the first day was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and increased by 5.36% and 8.01%,respectively.Compared with the control group, serum IgA content in the sows on the 11 th day significantly increased(P<0.05),an increase of 5.04%.The serum IgA content of the sows on the 21 st day of the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 14.78%.The serum IgG on the first day of sows in the mixed group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 14.33%.Serum IgG at the 11 th day in the acidifier group and the mixed group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 6.86% and 8.85%,respectively.Serum IgG at the 21 st day of sows in the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),an increase of 6.24%.In summary, adding acidifier and probiotics in the diet can improve the feed intake and lactation of suckling sows, promote the secretion of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and prolactin, improve the quality of milk and promote the growth of piglets, and the combination of the two is better.
