Research On New Technology Development Of Animal Husbandry In Shandong Province

As the primary industry,agriculture is the basic industry of China's national economy,and the development of animal husbandry is an important part of the whole agricultural development,which plays an important role in China's economic growth.According to statistics from the animal husbandry and veterinary bureau of shandong province,in 2015,the output of dairy products in shandong province was 284.90 million tons,ranking the fifth in the country;egg production was the second highest in the country with 424.28 million tons;the meat output was 774.01 million tons,ranking the first in the country;the output value of animal husbandry is 25.2324 billion yuan,ranking the first in the country.Shandong province is a really big animal husbandry province.However,it is not a strong province animal husbandry,there is low level of technology and equipment,animal husbandry science and technology innovation system is imperfect,animal husbandry and aquaculture environment pollution is serious,large-scale,intensive,science and technology level is not high,which seriously restricted the rapid development of animal husbandry in our province.Only by speeding up the development and application of new technology of animal husbandry,to make the scientific and technological achievements into productivity as soon as possible,comprehensively promote the development of shandong province animal husbandry,animal husbandry rapidly to high efficiency,safety,ecological animal husbandry modern.At present,it is urgent to accelerate the technological innovation and development of animal husbandry in the situation that the policy is stable and the investment is increased obviously.This paper takes the prefecture-level city of shandong province as the research object.,research new technology development in animal husbandry,animal husbandry technology innovation as the breakthrough point,through combing the domestic and foreign related literature about animal husbandry.First elaborated this topic research background,significance,research methods and innovation,and combining with the development of the shandong province animal husbandry condition and current situation of the development of new technology,points out the development of animal husbandry in our province still shortcomings lead and support of science and technology,scientific research fund shortage and lack of talent shortage,seriously hindered the improvement of animal husbandry in our province technology innovation,which is not conducive to the development of new technology of animal husbandry.Then,Australia,Europe,America and Japan respectively introduced new technology of animal husbandry development experience,and their common characteristic is a focus on animal husbandry science and technology popularization and application,pay attention to animal husbandry research funding and training of farmers' professional technological literacy,it provide some experience for the development of new technology of animal husbandry in shandong province.This paper analyzes the development factors of new technology in shandong province from the aspects of institutional factors,market and investment environment and talent resources.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward practical and feasible policy suggestions,which has certain guiding significance to accelerate the development of new technology of animal husbandry in shandong province.
