| Oyster is the main economic shellfish in the world.In 2016,the production of oyster in China was 4,830 thousand tons,accounting for more than 80%of the total output of the world’s oyster.However,because of the seedling,technology,sea area,processing technology and other problems,the quality of oysters in China is poor and basically can not be eaten raw,and the domestic high-grade oyster oyster basically depends on the import.Therefore,how to build a perfect raw oysters industrial chain and produce oysters conforming to the standard of raw food is the key to solve these problems.Therefore,this paper carried out the research on the cultivation technology of the single oyster,and took the first domestic oyster enterprise in Hainan as an example,to compare and study the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of oyster market distribution and sales model under the line and line.The main results are as follows:The results of the study on the culture of the single oyster The results showed that:① the optimal hatching density of oysters from Portuguese oyster is 40-60 ind/ml.②in the stage of Portuguese oyster development to the eye point larva stage,the suitable concentration of adrenaline treatment is 10-4-10-3 mol/L,the appropriate time is 1H,and the highest allergy rate is 30%.③the first adherent and re exfoliation method showed that the monomer rate of the Portuguese oysters of polyethylene pipe(CPB)and shellfish plastic plate(SPB)was the highest,20.8%and 20.6%respectively.④The maneuverability of the test technique and the method of popularizing adrenaline treatment and physical force can be used as the preparation of the Portuguese oysters,depending on the technical level of the company,in which the technical requirements of adrenaline treatment are higher,and the technical requirements of first attachment and dissection are lower.Results of culture of single oyster:①After 6 months’ test,the final shell height,shell length,shell width and weight were 49.44mm,30.47mm,16.88mm and 11.56g respectively.The final shell height,shell length,shell width and body weight of traditional net bag culture were 35.47mm,22.79mm,11.43mm and 4.96g,respectively.The difference was significant(p<0.05).The mechanized medium culture device was used to grow the Portuguese single oyster from the high 6.47mm of the shell to the 49.44mm stage,and the effect was better than the traditional net bag culture,and it saved a lot of manpower.②a high density intermediate cultivation device for oyster was constructed,which consisted of three parts:water pump,sink and net cage.According to the actual demand,the system can provide two ways of rising and falling,and adjusting the demand for water flexibly.The advantage of the system is that it does not need to cast algae,so that the young scallops can grow by themselves and shorten the middle cultivation time.In the field of oyster sales,the current research on the current circulation of aquatic products found that although the total production and sales of aquatic products increased significantly,there were many problems.The main problems include:1)Chinese aquatic products are not rich in e-commerce model.2)The corresponding internal network sales mode is lack of innovation,and the logistics technology level is low.Based on this,the follovwing aspects can be resolved:①the advantages of the traditional aquaculture wholesale cluster need to be brought into play from the outside.At the same time,as the known sales channels and the basic needs of the customers are the same,the e-commerce platform must be established at the same time,so that transaction services auu Imation services can be integrated.②The information release and online transaction functions of the online platform need external development to improve the online trading platform.In the retail market of oyster,the online market can also gradually replace the traditional retail mode.③The supply chain needs to be optimized.Specifically speaking,it is cooperating with the third party logistics company.The cooperative relationship is on the side of the supply chain,so as to give full play to the advantages of the third party logistics.At the same time,oysters can keep their freshness in the entire logistics transportation and distribution process.④We should pay attention to the influence of oysters on every aspect of retailing,define the psychology of consuming people and do well in the quality of products. |
