With the gradual improvement of the status of cassava biomass energy,cassava is recognized as a potentially high-use renewable crop,which not only plays an important role in the food and fermentation industry,but also in the production of feed.At present,the cassava harvester is still in its infancy,and cassava harvesters cannot be widely promoted.Therefore,it is very important to develop a cassava mechanical harvester with good performance and wide application.The cassava harvester is mainly designed from two aspects.The first is the design of excavating equipment.For cassava digging shovels,there are problems such as smashed soil,large excavation shovel quality,and severe blade tip wear.Based on the principle of bionics,a bionic cassava digging shovel that mimics the dog's front claw structure is proposed.Then,the static analysis of the bionic digging shovel is performed using the solidworks statics analysis module simulation.The maximum deformation is 1.570mm.Static analysis results verify the rationality of the design.Then,it is the design of a dumper.According to the study of the separation device,dumping device was designed.The successful development of the 4MS-1A1 cassava harvester can increase the harvesting efficiency of cassava,reduce the labor intensity of the cassava growers,and promote the development of agricultural economy in hot regions.The subject is for cassava samples from South China 10.During field trials,tests were conducted in two aspects:first,a comparative test of a bionic cassava digging shovel and a cassava cassava digging shovel,and second,an effect test on a rack with a soil discharging device.Finally came to the following conclusion:1)Based on bionics principle,this paper puts forward a kind of imitating the structure of the dog paw bionic cassava digging shovel,and then with the aid of solidworks simulation statics analysis module of bionic digging shovel statics analysis,through the statics analysis results verify the rationality of the design.2)Study the influence factors of soil on the digging shovel.Soil adhesion theory and soil physics characteristics provide a theoretical basis for the design of excavation shovels.3)With regard to the problem of cassava digging shovels,bionic excavation shovels are designed using bionics to improve soil properties and soil discharge.4)the static analysis of the bionic digging shovel is performed using the solidworks statics analysis module simulation.The maximum deformation is 1.570mm.Static analysis results verify the rationality of the design.5)The results of the field trials show that the bionic cassava digging shovel works better than the bar-type cassava digging shovel in terms of stability,potato yield,broken potato rate and harvest rate,and the working efficiency of the earth-moving device also reaches expectations.
