Green Chinese onion,as a kind of deep kind of crops,need to invest a lot of manpower,during harvest and spring onion is also a kind of seasonal crops at the same time,need to be in the harvest season harvest in time,otherwise it will result in great economic loss,the development of efficient green Chinese onion harvester has been in recent years,the developing direction of leeks harvest machinery.The penetration depth of different kinds of scallions is different.The penetration depth of zhangqiu scallion is relatively large,while the penetration depth of pingdu and anqiu scallion is relatively small.The planting process of Chinese onion is divided into seedling,field management,transplanting value and harvest.With leeks harvest has always been for the problem of agricultural technology,compared with other crops more shallow buried depth,green Chinese onion buried depth is larger,and scallion break easily,so must pay attention to in the process of harvesting the loss and damage of green Chinese onion rate,large capacity and at the same time,the issues that led to the digging resistance is bigger so in order to achieve drag reduction rate of consumption and reduce the loss and damage of green Chinese onion,leeks harvest machine design optimization of mining equipment is green Chinese onion harvester is the most important in the process of research and development.Aiming at the design and optimization of the digging device of the spring onion harvester,this paper designs a kind of embedded digging resistance testing mechanism,and carries out the related field tests.Through the soil resistance test,the mining of green Chinese onion harvester unit is optimized,and the main structure parts was found in leeks harvest experiment actual capacity now mining large green Chinese onion,leeks harvest machine still exist due to larger capacity shallot machines require large,from side to side and heapsoil happens during the operation of serious problems,aiming at this problem,we design a twisted-pair dragon combination digging shovel,the shovel shovel by surface and ground dragon drill earth shovel in two parts.In addition,the size parameters related to the physical properties of green onion and verdant in the green onion planting base were tested and designed.The dimension parameters of the curved surface digging shovel were determined by mechanical analysis.The mechanical and dynamic analysis of the drill shovel was carried out to determine its parameters.Finally use UG10.0 three-dimensional modeling software modeling,and simulation analysis arecarried out using the discrete element simulation software EDEM,simulation results show that the combination of digging shovel has better drag reduction effectiveness and broken soil properties,and finally with the EDEM discrete element software combination digging shovel for the relevant parameter optimization,the agency for the green Chinese onion harvester mining device design is of great significance.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)through the design process before the traditional continuous soil resistance with a testing institutions of different soil resistance test system,and has carried on the field experiment,with the classical soil mechanics model of calculation analysis,in comparison with the soil resistance of the agency can accurately response shallot harvester digging shovel real soil resistance.(2)to test the soil resistance of numerical optimization analysis was carried out on the leeks harvest machine mining device and further field experiments,the field experiment process harvest machine from side to side and heapsoil phenomenon still exist serious problem,so I design a new kind of combined mining equipment,according to the physical properties of the field measurement of planting base of green Chinese onion,digging shovel parts as well as to the combination of mechanics and dynamics analysis,using three-dimensional modeling software to establish the twisted-pair UG10.0 dragon combination three-dimensional model of digging shovel.(3)using EDEM discrete element simulation software,discrete element simulation is carried out for conventional and combined excavators of the scallion harvester.Under the same test conditions,through the comparative analysis of two sets of excavators,it can be known that combined excavators have better crushing performance and drag reduction efficiency than single excavators.(4)EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to carry out response surface optimization analysis and test on the pitch and maximum radius of the warping shovel in the combined excavation shovel,and the optimization of the combined excavation shovel was further realized by comparing the soil resistance and average velocity of soil particles in the excavation process.
