At this stage,there are fewer studies related to the development and use of animal-specific fibrin adhesives.This article mainly studies the clinical use of fiber-protein adhesive formulations and its effects on canine skin incisions and evaluates its effect on wound repair.It will lay a solid foundation for the development and research of fibrin adhesive for animals in the future.Fibrin adhesive formulation used in the experiment: 0.1 mL chemical binder,40 mmol/mL anhydrous calcium chloride,500 IU/mL prothrombin,8.0 mg silk protein,3000 KIU/mL aprotinin,80 mg/mL Fibrinogen,a fibrin adhesive was applied to canine skin incisions,a control group was placed in a conventional surgical suture incision,and the test was compared using two methods of in vivo adhesive effect.Using a random number method,20 healthy dogs were divided into adhesive group and suture group.Closure of the two groups of skin incisions was performed with fibrin adhesive and silk thread respectively,and the time taken for skin incision to close and healed was observed.At the same time,the width of the scars in the two groups was recorded.The histopathology and gross morphological changes of the two groups of skin incisions were observed on the 2nd and 8th days after operation.The hydroxyproline(HYP)and the transparent skin incision were also observed.The content of acid(HA)was measured.The results showed that the skin incision was closed using a modified adhesive binder,the skin did not show infection after the adhesion,the appearance was smooth,the local has a slight pain,and the incision adhesive takes an average length of 5± For 1 second,the incision was healed after 8 to 9 days,and the width of the scar was measured as 0.03 to 006 mm,and 0.534 kg/cm2 to 0.527 kg/cm2 of fracture force.During the healing process of the adhesive group,the HYP content continuously increased and the HA content increased transiently on the two days after the operation.The HYP content was the highest on the eighth day after operation.The contrast suture group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),corresponding to histological changes and changes in the levels of HYP and HA;comparing the two groups of adhesive strength,the suture group was higher than the adhesive group,and the remaining indicators of the two groups were compared.The group was significantly better than the control group.In clinical application of fibrin adhesives,and surgical suture and the use of drugs to promote wound healing were compared and found that the use of adhesive with drugs can better promote skin incision healing.
