The farmland weeds have always been deeply harm to agricultural production.The growing power of weeds is vigorous,which competing with crops for water,nutrients and growth space,seriously affecting the quality and yield of crops and causing great loss to agricultural production.The operating weed have strong timeliness and huge workload.The most widely application method of weeding is artificial weeding,chemical weeding and mechanical weeding.Manual weeding is highly flexible and thorough,however is low efficiency and the large labor intensity.Chemical weeding have the advantages of low cost,rapid effect and so on,which causing extensive public concern due to the serious environmental pollution caused by the long-term use or improper use of herbicide.According to the requirements of conservation tillage,mechanical weeding is increasingly advocated from both domestic and overseas.The weeding grow random in the field,and is divided into row weeds and seedling weeds because of different growing location.Now removing the inter-row weeds mechanical-technology is applied and mature,but for seedling weeds,which is easy to cause damage to crops in the process of weeding due to its location close to the crop seedlings,this has always been a bottleneck between seedling weeding machinery development.Therefore,it has great significance to design and test the weeding-plant device.In this paper,analyzing the present situation of the mechanical weed control technology from both domestic and overseas and encountering the process of weeding between soybean seedling of residual root crop weeding work unstable situation,developing a weeding plant in soybean field which is suitable for the northeast ridge in double row between the soybean seedling planting patterns scarification weed control device.According to the weed-control principle,the key components of the device and device structure are analyzed in theory.(1)According to the planting pattern of the two rows in the northeast soybean ridge,The overall structure of the device was determined.In order to reduce the influence of stubble on the smoothness of the weeding operation from residual root,the key structure components was determined.(2)Using the ADAMS software to simulate and analysis on movement locus of the weeding hoe teeth,making sure the working parameters of the impact hoe tooth movement and a single hoe hoe gear teeth on the tooth,which basing on the optimal combination of the hoe tooth speed?the advancing speed?the deep and agronomic requirement.(3)To make sure the lower impacting force and to increase of service life when the hoe tooth in the soil,using the ANSYS Workbench to finite element analysis in different bending angle of hoe tooth.According to the simulation result,making sure the reasonable bending angle with the hoe tooth top and tooth arm.And then analysis the theory of the hoe tooth's bending angle,to ensure the lower load when the hoe tooth in the soil and to increase the steady in the processing of weeding device.(4)Using the EDEM discrete element software's ability to digging hoe tooth discrete element simulation and analysis,and according to the digging capacity,which determining the optimal distance between the adjacent weeding round on this basis the weeding components assembly.(5)Carrying out indoor soil tank test on the weeding device.Based on the experimental factors of the speed of hoeing,the advancing speed and the depth of soil penetration,the three-factor five-level orthogonal array experiment was carried out with the exception of the hasty and the injury rate.The experimental results show that the influence is in the order of the primary and secondary factors is deep > hoeing speed > advancing speed;The main factors affecting the damage rate of the device deep > hoeing speed > advancing speed.The test data were processed and optimized by using design-expert 8.0.5b software.(6)The test prototype is assembled and conducted field experiment.The experimental results show that meeting the design requirements when the speed of the hoeing is 180r/min,the soil depth is 30 mm,and the speed of weeding is 2.2m /s,the rate of weeding is 3.4%,the weeding probability is 89%,.The structure design of the weeding device is reasonable,the weeding operation is stable and reliable,and the hopeful weeding effect is achieved,which provides a reference for the study of the weeding plant in the future soybean seedlings.
