In recent years, the growing area of organic rice is increasing year by year.During the cultivation of organic rice,weeds in the field can severely degrade the quality and yield of organic rice.In order to ensure the quality of rice,chemical weed control is not used in the cultivation of organic rice.The use of herbicides will cause environmental pollution,ecological system for reducing the field of biological species and destroying the field,decreased nutrient composition of rice,resistance enhancement of weeds.Long term use will cause changes in soil properties of paddy fields,nutrient reduction.There are many problems in manual weeding, such as labor intensity, low efficiency, high labor cost.The use of mechanical weeding operations has become an inevitable trend.Mechanical weeding in the effective removal of weeds, at the same time, will not cause environmental pollution, improve the quality of rice.Mechanical weeding in the effective removal of weeds at the same time, will not cause environmental pollution, improve rice quality, and work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, reduce operating costs.Mechanical weeding process will be on paddy soil to tilling cultivator improve the properties of the soil, loosen the soil, enhance soil to water and nutrient absorption ability, conducive to the growth of crop root.This paper describes the design of a drive type paddy weeding machine and lines, to study the related problems:(1) According to the different function of inter row operations were designed weeding between components.Firstly weeding wheel and stirring weeding round weed control principle is analyzed. Theoretical analysis the interaction of weeding rake and paddy soil and paddy weeds;Secondly, the weeding rake teeth by force and finite element analysis, the overall structure design, and provides a theoretical basis for the design of driving weeder.(2) Designed the whole drive system.The rated output power is 0.77 k W single cylinder twostroke air-cooled oil-mixtured engine.Transmission ratio for the transmission of worm gear and worm gear reducer 1:60.The transmission system adopts bilateral chain drive weeding wheel rotation.(3) Designed the weeding machine, the overall layout of the whole machine and carried out the light and simplify the optimization of the whole configuration.Machine layout configuration, weeding wheels are arranged on the machine front are arranged in parallel, stirring weeding wheel placed at the back of the machine are arranged in parallel.(4) According to paddy field weeding agronomic requirements, selection factors influence inter row weeds weed control rate, and the overall weed control effect was obtained by single factor test in the field.Analysis of the quality of cultivation operation of weeding wheel and soil under coupling.Based on the observation of soil disturbance in paddy field, the effect of soil disturbance on paddy soil during the process of weeding wheel was analyzed according to the displacement of the paddy field before and after the calibration.Field test results show that the driving type paddy weeding cultivating machine structure is reasonable, stable performance, low energy consumption, lightweight and easy to operation, good weeding effect, weeding rate in more than 90%.When the water depth is 60 mm and depth of 200 mm mud weeding effect best, weeding rate reached 98.4%Soil disturbance observational tests, site preparation has obvious effect of weeding machine.Built in the paddy field weeding round soil dyke lines, improve water storage of paddy soil.Because there are some problems in the field experiment, this paper of weeding machine were quadratic optimization design, optimize the row mixing weeding machine structure.
