In order to improve the quality and yield of artificially cultivated Platycodon grandiflorum, organic fertilizers by 9 different kinds and 3 inorganic nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers were used.Comparative experiments of organic fertilizers by different kinds,"3414" fertilizer test of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, two kinds of organic fertilizers, such as vigor, ginseng, and three kinds of inorganic fertilizer L16(45)orthogonal test, through the 4 major traits such as root length, root diameter, number of lateral roots and single fresh weight of annual or two-year-old P.grandiflorum survey. The effects of different fertilizer types and ratios on the appearance quality and yield of annual and biennial P.grandiflorum were designed to screen and establish the optimal organic fertilizer, optimal NPK ratio, and optimal between organic and inorganic platycodon The combination of ratios provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of fertilization schemes for artificial cultivation of P.grandiflorum and the research of special fertilizers.Research indicates:(1)After treatment with 9 different kinds organic fertilizers, the appearance quality and yield of the stalks treated with fertilization were significantly better than those without fertilization. The best organic fertilizer with the best appearance quality and highest yield in the scope of this experiment was vigor and ginseng.(2)The "3414" fertilizer ratio combination, phosphorus and potassium in the scope of this experiment, the best appearance quality of the annual and two-year-old P.grandiflorum roots and the highest yield of fertilization ratio is N2 P2 K3(kg.hm-2)N:P2O5:K2O=88:174:450,N2P2K2(kg.hm-2)N:P2O5:K2O=88:174:300.(3)After the "3414" fertilizer ratio treatment,According to the regression analysis, the optimum amount of NPK applied to the second-year P.grandiflorum is(kg.hm-2)N:P2O5:K2O=88.3:149.2:450.(4)The optimal ratio combination of two kinds of organic fertilizers and three kinds of inorganic fertilizers in the design range of this experiment is A2B2C2D1E2,that is,4.4 g of urea per square meter,8.7 g of diammonium phosphate,15 g of potassium sulfate, ginseng Organic fertilizer 0 g,vigor organic fertilizer 22.5 g.
