The yellowing trees(including leaves lack of potassium,magnesium,iron,zinc and mottled yellow)of Shatian pomelo,Shatangju,Wogan and Maogugan were trusfused following trunks.Measured index of leaves of experimental treatment including SPAD,chlorophyll fluorescence and leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness,the results are as follows:1.Shatian pomelo magnesium-deficiency-correction test.Both trusfusion following trunks and foliar spraying increased the indicators(SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness),chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,and magnesium content of Shatian pomelo.SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness of both increased by 19.22%,31.36%,31.64%,10.76%,and 5.8%,11.0%,15.14%,and 12.41%.Trusfusion following trunks was significantly higher than foliar spraying fertilizer.2.Shatian Pomelo Huanglongbing test.Tetracycline+penicillin transfusion,tetracycline+streptomycin transfusion,penicillin+streptomycin significantly increased the indicators(SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.Trusfusion following trunks of tetracycline was significantly higher than that of other treatments.The SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness of the leaves increased by 32.71%,49.83%,39.92%,and 26.92%than Controlled trial.3.Wogan and Mogugan Huanglongbing test.The test results of orange leaf green,kasugamycin,tetracycline significantly increased the leaf index and fluorescence parameters,and improved the fruit quality of Wogan citrus.The effect of streptomycin was not significant in this experiment.treatment of orange leaf green was the most significant.The SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness of the Wogan leaf treated with orange leaf green were 66.66%,38.51%,16.73%,and 10.30%higher than those of Controlled trial.The SPAD,leaf area,and hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness of Maogugan leaf treated with orange leaf green increased by 87.76%,78.08%,79.32%,and 14.63%respectively.4.Wogan potassium-and-magnesium-deficiency-correction test,Maogugan zinc-deficiency-correction test,Shatangju zinc-and-iron-deficiency-correction test.Both trusfusion following trunks and conventional fertilization were significantly higher than those of the control.The indicators(SPAD,leaf area,hecto-leaf weight,hecto-leaf thickness)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the nutrient-deficiency leaves were increased.The effects of the trusfusion following trunks deficiency-correction test were significantly higher than those of the conventional fertilization and improved the content of elements.5.Through the correcting test for lack of magnesium in Shatian pomelo,the potassium and magnesium in Wogan,Zinc in Maogugan,the zinc and iron in shatangju,exploring the linear relationship between the SPAD and the elements,found that the element and SPAD values have a very significant linear relationship.6.The navel orange Huanglongbing test.Through the SPAD of navel orange leaves before and after twice,the tetracycline-treated leaves and the aspirin-treated leaves increased by 81.55%and 68.27%than those of Controlled trial.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the leaves were significantly increased.In terms of the effect,tetracycline was superior to aspirin treatment.
